When you book a hotel with these rates you do not expect to have a lot of luxury. Still, when we arrived I was disappointed. Coffee and tea making facilties, hairdryer in the room: not available although advertised on their website. There is however a fridge in the small room (why?). The shared bathroom and toilet are old, dirty and... More

do not stay in this dump. Does not look like the pictures. Stayed for 4 nights, was bitten on the second night by a big bug. Stale smell all week. Been staying in a different hotel in London every week for the last 10 weeks and this was by far the worst.

I only needed to stay in London for one night so waned somewhere cheap that wasn't too shabby and that is this place. I didn't expect much for the £35 that I paid and I had a very comfortable bed, a TV and a fridge. I was very happy with it. Everything was clean and tidy, the staff that I... More

This is exactly what I was expecting from a cheap hotel. Small room, thin walls and terrible bathrooms. Still for staying this close to the centre of London for so cheap you cannot expect luxury. I stayed here for 4 nights whilst on a training course, belongings were left in the room while I was in the course and nothing... More

This hotel is absolutely awful. When I booked, I knew I wasn't getting luxury. I was hoping me and my friend would just have somewhere comfortable as a base. I may as well have booked a much cheaper hostel!! Upon arrival, we were told that we had a double room instead of twin like we booked. We weren't asked, we... More

I stayed for a full weekend at this hotel and during a festival period so this hotel was very reasonably priced and offered good value for money. Rooms were clean and staff went out of their way to provide us with extra sheets for an additional person in our group. I was even more impressed with the staff making the... More

i booked the morning i traveled as i needed somewhere to stay for the night. The outside looks horrible, it does not look like a hotel at all, like another reviewer said it looks like a brothel. Pictures on the website i used do not match the room i was given. I also think the guy at the reception saw... More

It was the worst hotel I have been. Before staying there I could not imagine how dirty a hotel can be. Especially the toilet and the shower... I would also doubt that the room was cleaned before we went there. In the beginning, we got a room which was at the same time the shop window, extremely hot, small and... More

We came to London for few days. We thought it will be okay..but it wasn't. It was horrible. Toilet was smelling, peed, not cleaned for at least a week. Room was dirty, with a view to some yard, which was really noisy because of the people coming through it all the time, even in the night! Breakfast was very small... More
