I disagree with the comments of the previous reviewer. I stayed for two weeks while I was working in the area during December. I had a relaxing stay and slept well throughout. The place was clean and friendly and comfortable. The internet worked. The showers were hot! I will be staying there again next month.

Stayed 2 nights recently. Showers were cold in a communal bathroom, broken toilet seat, grubby cracked tiles, stains on bed sheets on a 2 foot wide uncomfortable bed. No kettle in room, you have to use the landlady's kitchen. Internet wouldn't work either. Breakfast is D-I-Y in a kitchen littered with filthy unwashed pots Esther, you need to retire love!

Standards at this guest house fall well below average.... Rooms are dirty and simply unfit for purpose..their are codes for the rooms.... None of these work so you can be locked out from the street subsequently late in the evening

I looked for a guest house which was near to the Warner Bro. studio of Harry Potter from a map and found here. Actually, the next morning, we could get there within 30 minutes by car. I made a reservation about 2months before by email. At that time the bank transfer of the deposit was required at first, because credit... More

Stayed at the Edgware with a work colleague in two separate rooms and we both agreed the bed sheets looked and smelt unwashed. I did not want to put my head on the pillow but as we had already paid we stuck it out, but be warned if you have any kind of standards give this one a miss. The... More

I have used and visited this hotel and each time I'm greeted warmly by a family where all of my needs have been met with no issue. There hospitality is also represented by there warm clean and comfortable rooms. The shower and bath rooms are always heated well so you don't get that cold chill when you step out the... More
