Cute looking hotel in a nice touristy location. But super noisy, from street, and bar on lower level. I was in a Wonderful room, which looked cute with lots of mirrors for those who like that sort of thing. There is a sink-table combo island in half of the room, which looked functional at first glance, but quickly becomes a... More

I booked at the W through Expedia and called the hotel 3 days before arriving requesting a high floor because of the reviews about the club being too loud. I'm a SPG Platinum member and was expecting a little more.. Upon our arrival, the nice lady asked my wife and I if we were married because she had a booking... More

Fab fab fab. Great service including the cloakroom. Excellent drinks and canapés and view of Leicester Square as well ! Music made the party too ! Staff attentive even the gatekeepers on the front door. Lighting good and never a moment without staff at hand but not obtrusive. Am sure this must be 200 characters by now - price -... More

I booked a room in the W, after seeing it for the first time and being intrigued and dazzled by it's outside appearance. There is no doubt that the interior is just as dazzling as the outside, however because I paid so much for the room I expected perfection and unfortunately our stay fell a bit short. To begin, the... I stayed in W hotel for a business trip in London. The location was great, just in the center and with comfortable transportation. It fits nicely for business as well as for shopping and nightlife. The service and the stuff were fantastic.

Belonging to a hotel chain loyalty program is for receive those little extras when the elite status is achieved. Paying USD$650.00 per night you expect to have the benefits of the loyalty program. Yes, London is expensive, the hotel will be probably noisy during weekend’s nights and the facilities are almost new, but those extra little thing missing such as... More

I am sure everyone familiar with the W brand knows the hotel is ultra modern. However I found the lack of a proper bathroom frustrating (the wash basin is in the room) and the toilet and shower are separate cubicles. A clever way to save space but I prefer an ensuite bathroom. I requested a quiet room on a high... More

I really wish the folks at the W would just put a little more real estate on their towels! It's frustrating, I love the W brand, but their towels could be better sized. I know, towel size, really? Is it that important? But especially if I am trying to have a leisurely morning, maybe have a relaxing lounge before getting... More

Stayed at this hotel for two nights during a weekend. We were not impressed. The hotel is brilliantly located if you want the city buzz and the decor and design amazing. Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
