This hotel is in a great location. However the décor was a little bit Austin powers! disco balls, vinyl lifts etc Food was fantastic and the breakfasts were generous. The Night club included in the hotels means it can get busy on the ground floor and some unusual people wandering round - there's good security tho. Great place for people... More

I arrived at check in and was met by a bouncer at the coal mine black ground floor entrance to the hotel. Not the warmest welcome – reception is upstairs. I had prepaid on lastminute but the receptionist would not check me in without a £75 credit card reservation for incidentals even though I insisted there would not be any.... More

Very busy place and lots of concrete. To me it was a non descript public space and could do with a rescue to turn it back to what must have been one on of the green lungs of London. The ticket booth on one side was large and defiantly did it no favours.

Definitely not my type of place: very noisy, limited space for receptions and other amenities. Dark rooms and bathrooms, I even had a problem to shave with all the light on. On the other hand location is brilliant, some of the design concepts are funny and useful but there are too many flaws to fully accept it. E.g. you have... More

I wanted to share the outstanding service I received at Starwood’s W London Hotel, Leicester Square in the UK. Jessica Patman and Jamie Rowsell have really raised the bar when it comes to service! They reached out to me prior to my arrival to see if there was anything they could do to help make my trip extraordinary. I shared... More

Was on a business trip and was staying in W for 3 nights. Its in Leicester Square, one of the most happening and expensive areas. Close to all the hustle. The hotel is very Vibrant and colourful .The rooms however are very small, good for one person. The washbasin was in the room which made it little messy for me,but had a huge... More

Just got back from the W, what an amazing staff! The hotel itself is in a prime location for those who want to be close to everything, the downside is that because of its location it was loud outside until late. Really cool bar and again, great staff, thank you for a great weekend.

We had an overnight stop in the hotel on our way to Europe on the Eurostar. The Hotel is well placed and very convenient in central London. We had a nice room, with a comfy bed. We ate the the Spice Market which is located within the hotel. The hotel makes good use of the tight space in the room... More

This boutique hotel gets it wrong in so many ways, this should be a zero star review. I'm writing this in a third floor room at 0200 with the first floor disco pounding away. Sleep is impossible. I'm sharing with a work colleague and I don't know how I'm going to wash in the morning because there is no bathroom,... More

A modern sleek hotel however the Wi-Fi is absolutely rubbish. It is in a great location and the bed is very comfortable. I had to switch to cellular just to post this comment. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. However in the room with the sink in the middle of the room is a bit uncomfortable.

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
