No sleep at all until after 3 .The hotel operates a VERY noisy club complete with bouncers outside the main entrance and security guards in the hotel bar which doesn't create a relaxing atmosphere. It all looks very good but the response to a serious complaint ( guests have a right to a quiet nights rest - especially at their... More

This hotel screaming slick chic and style... however Saturday Night in London is not the one for a nice peaceful nights sleep. The bass travelled through the whole of the hotel which made for a bad nights sleep. Tried calling down to reception and they didn't really choose to do much about it the next day.

A really disappointing stay at the W in London- I've stayed in a number around the world and this was the most disappointing- although the rooms are small they are well designed- it's the lack of focus from the team that really lets this hotel down. Miserable check in experience- despite turning up at about 6pm, no welcome or buzz... More

Dear Kevin D, At the W London, we pride ourselves on a high level of personalised service and care shown towards our guests, however, it would appear that on this occasion we let ourselves down. I am not proud when we fail to WOW our guests. I would like to thank you for taking the time to detail the various... More

This was our second stay at the W (which says something in itself I suppose). Perfectly located for London theatre land. Very stylish and they seem to have ironed out some of the glitches since our last trip. Staff appear genuinely friendly and are very helpful. To cap it all we got upgraded to a suite (on account of my... More

The hotel is nice and modern, spacious and clean! I've been there twice and the staff is really friendly, it's also in the heart of London, close to everything and right in the middle of tourist heaven, Leicester Square!

The hotel is off of China town. You also are a 15 to 25 minute walk to everything, Parliament, London Eye and the Buckingham Palace. Make sure they do not put you on the side facing the main street walkway. It is very loud. We had to change rooms because of the noise and the hotel accommodated us with no... More

We had the ability to stay at this hotel for almost one week thanks to point redemption - I'm so glad we saved up for this hotel because otherwise we probably couldn't have afforded so many nights here. This hotel is NICE - all capital letters because that's what it deserves - but it also may not be for everyone.... More

Just off the edge of Leicester square, what more can I say! The W is a beautiful place for beautiful people, you can drink with pop stars in the bar and eat with actors in the dining room, if that's what you want, you can't fail

My wife and I spent a long week end at the W in London. The good thing about the hotel is that it is well located. So it is a good hotel for young tourists. Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
