My girlfriend and I stayed here with some friends as we were going to see a show in the Royal Albert Hall. On booking, the process was easy and straight forward, it was one of the cheapest B&Bs in the area at £64 for the night. I didn't get a confirmation email/text/phone call and had to chase it up to... We stayed here with a wedding party, 10 rooms. Very convenient for the wedding reception, staff very helpful and keen to do as much as they could. The hotel needs a complete overhaul though, wallpaper peeling off in the dining room, scuffed paintwork all over. Continental breakfast was boring, I had to ask for fruit one morning !! Shame really... More

First or all the place is generally very run down even if our room has obviously been renovated. Restaurant closed and no decent restaurant In the neighbourhood. When they say they are noisy during the weekend - dont take it lightly, the music is VERY loud and the rooms not soundproof at all. And the staff there dont seem to... More

We went to London for a couples weekend . When we arrived at the bed and breakfast we looked around and it was very run down.. The welcoming wasn't great they couldn't wait to get hold of our money to pay. And I would definitely say it was NOT worth the money we paid. When they took us to the... More

It took about 20 minutes to book in due to lack of staff. Could not get a drink from the very poorly stocked bar because at 3:30 pm the place was not open. Got a drink about 5:30pm and sat outside at the rear of the building (eating area). I doubt very much that this area had ever been cleaned.... More

Worst hotel that we have ever had the misfortune of staying at. The bed was broke so had to prop it up with a piece of wood, electrical sockets hanging of the wall (very unsafe), toilet smelt, not clean, breakfast was a joke, cereal toast, yogurt and drink, where was the full English. Avoid this place, not worth the money

Agnes was really helpful, letting us leave our bags before check-in and booking us a cheap cab to Heathrow. The location is not in central London, but the hotel is close to the tube and overground. The hotel is charming--it's a labyrinth upstairs--and a bit worn, so if you're looking for soulless efficiency, choose elsewhere.

We are just checking out, and yet again, Agnes has been incredibly helpful, ordering us a minicab to Heathrow for about a third the price of a regular cab! She stored our luggage on arrival day since we came in so early; she let us relax and browse the Internet while waiting for our room to be ready; she even... More

This place is an absolute joke. For starters you are not even guaranteed your room even though you have booked it through Expedia. You may or may not get an email from another third party saying things are overbooked & to cancel your accommodation. Upon arrival you may get asked to pay for your stay again even though you have... My sister and I were booked to stay in December and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a B&B. We had been booked into an upper room with two single beds, specifically so we could avoid the noise from the function (rave?) going on in the pub. Upon arrival (around midnight... More
