We needed to be close to Hampton Court and this hotel is located a short walk from the train line and was the closest we could get to Hampton Court. The room was clean and spacious with a new bathroom. No drawers for clothes, but decent closet space. Quiet location and friendly staff. I would stay again if heading to... More

Fantastic location Fantastic staff Let us use the room before we should have. Was ideally located for a night out as well, Only minus was the shower in our room, room 8, wasn't adequate because was only just above the bath. So couldn't stand under it. Nice breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

My husband and myself were fortunate enough to get tickets for Wimbledon on the second Wednesday of the tournament. We rang the Justin James hotel immediately we knew and they were able to accommodate us for a two night stay. The hotel was ideally placed to walk to Wimbledon station from where you could get either a taxi or bus... More

Excellent stay. Close to the tube & trains. Close to a Waitrose supermarket. I had a quiet room on second floor. Friendly staff. Coffee and a bisquet in the room. Recommend the lunch at the organic cafee in the hotel. The hotel is right in the Wimbledon city center. With the tube it takes 1 hour to Heathrow (6 pounds)... More

Although this hotel has smallish rooms, it is clean, quiet and well-serviced. The staff was very helpful when we arrived a bit early. They had our room cleaned first so we could store our bags. The location is the best thing, really. It is located about three blocks from the train station in Wimbledon, the bus lines are right outside... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in early June 2014. First, the positives. The room we had, Room 18, was quite large by European standards and was on the ground floor. This may be due to the fact that it appeared to be a newer addition and seemed to be built to be handicapped accessible, though we are not handicapped.... More

We (my daughter and I) enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and thankfully on the ground floor. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. What we liked was that the Justin James is about 5 minutes' walk to the underground. We were able to walk to our favourite pub and restaurants. We felt... More

Stayed here with my partner for a friend's 30th birthday, what a little find! First things first, it is more b&b than hotel so things are quite small. There is also VERY limited parking available. That being said, our room (9) was cosy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. For £98 on a Saturday night (and the London marathon on... More

The room allocated to us was clean and spacious. However, the toilet in Room 3 is difficult to sit on. Wrong way round, unless you are a contortionist? Would advise a non-slip mat in the bath when taking a shower. Tends to be slippery. Although the room itself is spacious we would recommend air conditioning. This would avoid the necessity... More

We stayed here because a). It was inexpensive and b). Parking was available. The rooms were a reasonable size and were very clean. Although check in time was not until later in the day, we were able to pick up a key and put our bags in the room. This was by prior arrangement. The television in the room is... More
