We chose this small hotel as we wanted safe parking and easy access to London. It was very convenient and the owners were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was adequate, rather than lavish, and we had to ask for fruit. Our room was also small. However, as Wimbledon is in the London area we felt this hotel was still reasonable value... More

We booked this hotel for a business trip to SW London. After a long hot day in the capital we were looking forward to the the welcome feature of on-site parking and the air-conditioned room that was advertised on a late booking web site. The hotel was full and all the parking spaces were taken. The only option was a... More

The Justine James is exceptionally clean and cozy with awesome staff and a fine english breakfast The rooms are not huge but... More

I stayed in room 20, the small single room with the bathroom and shower downstairs. This is a bit inconvenient and my room was VERY single. It was hot in London when I stayed at the beginning of July and the room was extremely a bit airless. I had to open the windows overnight but that didn't pose too much... More

We stayed for a week and left the day the tennis tournament began. We had booked our stay months in advance from Canada and everything was ready when we arrived. We were on the top floor with our one year old. The staff let us store our folded stroller on the second floor landing each night since we wouldn't have... More

I arrived on 27 May and stayed in room 3 which is a double with en suite. Chap at reception was welcoming and helpful. No fuss. Parking is for 4 vehicles and I managed to get a space which was helpful. Room was IMMACULATE! I am fussy about rooms being clean so was really pleased at the high standards of... More

I spent 2 nights there in a single room with a shared bathroom. I thought it was going to be difficult, but it was fine. Bathroom was extremely clean and always free. Room was very small, but i didn'nt need anything more. Price was very reasonable (first time i say this in London ...). The hotel is located in Wimbledon... More

Clean room, a little bit small and bit noisy with the window open because very close to a busy road but all expected facilities. Close to transport links. Lovely cafe serving healthy food on site with quaint outside area. Friendly staff and parking on site.

As I approached the Justin James, I will admit to having some degree of nerves about my stay - it had a look which, for no apparent reason, didn't sit overly well with me. Much like not judging a book by its cover, I shouldn't have been rash to judge the Justin James, as I actually had an excellent stay.... More
