I stayed at the hotel on in June 2015, for one night. This was my second stay. As before, the attentiveness and thoughtfulness of staff was faultless. My room and the hotel amenities can't be described as anything except excellent. The location is great - I was working across central London for a couple of days and getting to and... More

Despite being just 3 minutes walk from Marble Arch tube station, at the top of the Oxford Street shopping strip and gateway to Hyde Park, The Arch is set on a quiet street and is well sound-insulated ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel is a classic English mews style building transformed into a wonderfully decorated boutique hotel. I was upgraded... More

Dear dr_gasman88 Your title ‘simply perfect’ has brought an extra large smile to the team today. I am so glad that you enjoyed your ‘Suite Dreams’ stay with us in a Junior Suite. Drive up to the hotel entrance and all your worries are over. Car taken away and parked, booked in by really helpful staff even to the extent of sorting out and paying the dreadful London Congestion Charge which I had forgotten to do. Room and facilities excellent, even a tv in the bath. Bed comfortable, room quiet and the breakfast... More

The Arch is situated just 3 blocks from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. It is a perfect location for touring London, while being offset just enough from the busy streets to have a peaceful night sleep. Our Executive room on the first floor was well appointed, very large by London standards, and very quiet. The waterfall shower was amazing. Hotel... More

Dear Geoexplore99 Thank you so much for your five star review of The Arch London! As you very rightly say being slightly set back but still so close to the hustle and bustle of Marble Arch and the great travel connections, sights and shopping this provides, means we are in the perfect spot for a central London holiday. Our housekeeping,... More

We have just returned from a wonderful 3 days at The Arch and despite the fact that our visit was not under the best circumstances (visiting a poorly relative in hospital nearby), our stay could not have been better. Having been lucky enough to travel extensively and stay in some lovely places, “five star” accommodation in cities can be hit... More

Stayed at The Arch for 3 nights in May.. Junior suite. Well located hotel, very close to shopping on Oxford Street. The room was spacious, modern and very clean.. Be aware the junior suites are on the lower ground level, so the view is up onto the street. Bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Soft drinks... More

This is a Small Luxury Hotels Of The World property, which is how we found it. What a great place. Friendly and efficient staff, clean, modern, spacious suite with big bathroom and one of the best rainwater fixture showers I have seen. The staff, the design, the details all made for a perfect and very comfortable stay. I was booked in at another hotel down the road, hated it upon the first night's stay, and was lucky to get a last minute room at The Arch. It made the rest of my stay in London very lovely.

Perfect location and quiet. The staff is nice and very helpfull. The room have all the needed amenities. Soft drinks and water, coffee machine. The room is cozy. Wonderfull mattress . The bath is a spoil large bathroom. The only thing is the very small size of the room but that is tipical for london.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
