We were first time visitors to The Arch Hotel in April of 2015. We stayed for five nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great central location. Our room was lovely and very clean. The staff was top notch - very helpful. Our stay included a full English breakfast each day,... More

Have really enjoyed staying here in the last few years but decided to leave due to lack of ownership by management over agreement on perks for loyal customers. Started stays here in 2010 and have been 80 plus nights although the hotel could not tally these stays as they had been booked through 3rd parties. Nevertheless our stays were overall... More

We have stayed in a number of London hotels but here the character, atmosphere and each area of the hotel were oozing with real quality and luxury. From the moment we walked in, you felt that you were in a special place and in the capable hands of a fantastic team. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and had big smiles... More

Nice location for visiting London for tourists - close enough walk to touristy areas, subway and Hyde Park - but nicely nestled in a quiet safe neighborhood. Excellent service from the doormen, to the Conceirge and check-in people. Alex the day manager took care of our every need and treated us like special family - personal service at its best.... More

Beautiful room with complimentary minibar and nespresso machine. TV in the bathroom. Homely/modern interior. More like coming home than checking into a hotel. Perfect location. I have stayed at the Ritz London but must say the casual ambience and friendly service makes this one my favourite in London.

The Arch hotel upgraded me because it was my fifth stay there. I will definitely be back! Lovely hotel, great amenities, perfect bed, very good location... What more can you ask for? The Arch London is just the perfect size, not too big like some other hotels close by. Rooms are not the biggest but they seldom are in London.... More

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I had a nice, quiet room overlooking the back with a comfortable bed. Good bathroom with a lot of amenities and nice touches like extra heating, nice fluffy towels and fog free mirrors. I didn't use the TV in the bathtub but there's one. Toiletries are excellent. Discrete maid service with easy to... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
