I've stayed here a couple of times now for both business and pleasure and have to say it's now my hotel of choice in London when it's available. The staff are always polite, friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and have well stocked mini bars (which I always like!). The TVs have Sky packages connected to them and there's... More

I spent ten days in this hotel in February and nothing has changed since my first stay in 2010: the rooms are as clean and comfortable, the restaurant is as good and affordable and the personnel is as friendly as before. My stay coincided with the 5th anniversary of the hotel and when I asked Michael, the general manager, why... More

I stayed just the one night here after a works do held downstairs. From the minute I arrived staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel is just beautiful, the public areas as lovely as the bedrooms. My room was spotlessly clean, with an exquisitely comfortable bed. A Nespresso coffee machine made for a fab first cup of coffee Of... More

The Arch is a great location to stay and relax while being in London. The moment the doors close behind you all hectic noise of the city is gone and you feel like being at home. Beside all the comfort you'll find everywhere around we had a marvellous three course dinner with excellent wines; champaign with homemade crisps as starters... More

Stayed here a few months back in one of their Junior Suites. Gorgeous, extra space, lovely sofa and very spacious bathrooms! Well worth the little upgrade. Ordered room service all three nights, burger (cooked medium) was gorgeous, really really tasty. Brownie for dessert was also very good. Although I must say the menu could be a little more extensive as... More

We have stayed at the Arch 7 times now over the last two years and would have to say this is probably one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. From the minute you arrive at the front door nothing is to much trouble. You are whisked into the reception area to the very capable hands of... More

This remains a unique retreat in London that implores you to relax, yet facilitates a smooth and efficient business stay. Still my favourite stop for its location, facilities, rooms (oh, the bed!), ambience and staff. A perfect balance, supported by a great team. Staggeringly wonderful in every aspect of our stay, ALL staff members are clear leaders in their class/field, with the hotel and restaurant entirely fitting of the quality of said staff. The only thing that we didn't like was having to leave. Highly recommended.

Great location, wonderfully boutique and cool. Good food and great wine in Hunter's, the restaurant but ask to see the set menu. Friendly and helpful staff, not at all stuffy. Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
