I find some of the bad reviews here rather ridiculous. For the money you pay this really is all you need if you're a couple and just need a room for the night. The room's aren't big, but what does one expect? They're not tiny either, it had ample space and was really cosy. More importantly, everything was 100% clean.... More

My sister and I stopped here overnight on Saturday 14th December to Sunday 15th December 2014. The owner could not have been any more helpful, I rang him from the tube station at midday and asked what time we could book in and he said if we made our way over he would make sure our room was ready he... Stayed there last May. The en suite was like a cupboard with a shower that did not stay at a good temperature, very dated interior, and to cap it off, no one was at reception so we could not top up the toilet roll, we had to buy one ourselves! The bed was pretty comfy and quite a quiet area... More

I read reviews before I stayed and was a little apprehensive but to no avail. During booking and before we left, pino the owner couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. When we arrived the girl who works there have us all the info we needed. Parking £5 for 2 days, can't get better. We stayed in a family room... More

Disgusted with the room, think of a car with the basic accessories, this was the shell of the car. My fiancee was in tears, sheets were dirty, no onsuite facilities, paint peeling off the window frame, no drink making facilities, the only bright spot was the young lady that checked us in, she was great it's a pity the room... Well upon arrival to the hotel, the receptionist called her manager 3 times over the fact she was trying to over charge me and gave me a funny look when I gave over Scottish notes, When it came to the arrival of the room I was very disappointed that you cant swing a cat in, I am 6 2 and... More

First time ever at this hotel, and would never ever recommend this to anyone, staff were very shabbily unhelpful. Toilet size was so small, you could hardly move, The air conditioning fan didnt work which was not good especially as the weather was so clammy. Full English means, more than 3 things on your plate! Breakfast time was made to... More

This hotel is by far the worst I've ever stayed in. It was disgustingly filthy, the rooms were tiny and so dated and grotty. The so called bathroom was about 3 feet square with the loo virtually under the shower. If wasn't even that cheap compared to other hotels I've stayed in in London. As for breakfast I didn't even... A friend of mine and I had booked a double room with breakfast for two nights in January 2014. I had e-mailed them that my friend would check-in around 18:00 and that I would arrive around 22:00, but apparently overwhelmed the Five Kings by that. At first they did not want to let me in, had never heard of Agoda,... More
