The entrance is quite easy to miss and you have to go up a narrow staircase to get to the reception, however once you are there you will get friendly and efficient service. Raul the reception clerk upgraded our room and we had a junior suite with a great view of Kensington Gardens, Continental breakfast is included in the price... More

I booked this hotel for my parents as they were celebrating their wedding anniversary in London. They had a truly wonderful stay and the fantastic staff made sure they were well looked after. Super location - ideal for the Albert Hall, rooms were clean and comfortable. Special mention to Rao the Duty Manager for all your kind assistance, thank you... More

Ideal position, lovely room, comfortable bed, very clean with good service and an adequate breakfast. We frequently attend The Royal Albert Hall on our city breaks and this 3 night stay was our best experience. We wanted for nothing other than maybe a little less traffic noise which did not really spoil our stay. From past experience of other 4 star hotels... More

Room very clean and comfortable. All facilities including laptop safe and Wi Fi FOC. Nothing too much trouble, continental breakfast was enough for anyone. Very relaxing atmosphere , small and personalised hotel in convenient location. Ideal for evening dining on the Kensington High Street.and The Royal Albert Hall. Having stayed at many London Hotels we found this our best yet... More

What a pleasure to find such lovely, helpful and accomodating staff, they were delightful.Lovely well appointed rooms, they had thought of everything.Bright and spotlessly clean.Right on the High Street by the palace and gardens, ideal for retail therapy and only 10 minute walk from the Royal Albert Hall for concerts.Thankyou very much, lovely stay.

This hotel is ideally located across from Kensington Palace and the gardens. You can enjoy the view while having a fresh breakfast or relaxing with a cup of tea in the lounge. This is a modern, very clean boutique hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable for such a good location and designer type... More

Hotel is quite hard to find but once you are in you instantly feel at home there. Only stayed for the one night but slept very well in a modern comfortable immaculate room! Staff are very friendly, they lack area knowledge but they have plenty of leaflets and internet access to help with that. Breakfast was fresh, nothing to complain... More

It is true, the hotel feels a little small, but you get everything you want, very bright clean rooms, a great bathroom, friendly service, top location, and a more than descent breakfast.

Staying at this hotel you get: good service, fantastic location, slow elevator, average continental breakfast, and very small rooms. What is important to you will determine what kind of stay you have. Someone from the front desk came down to carry up our bags as there is not elevator service available from the ground floor (entrance of the hotel) to... More

I agree with everything that's been said before. Tiny but stylish room with great Wi Fi limited breakfast and slowest lift in London. One thing to watch out for though. They wanted to take and keep a photocopy of photo ID this is not needed and a massive security risk of identity theft, don't do it unless you' d happily... More
