Visiting London over a long weekend (3 days), we decided to book a room at Go Native London Bridge. We wanted something central so that we could walk around London. The place was quite central with only 5-10 minutes walk from the tube (metro) and London Bridge. Bermondsey Street is right around the corner; a charming street with lots of... More

What a gem this place is. All the home comforts with its own kitchen including fridge, oven and hob, lovely warm and powerful shower, comfy bed and space - lots of space. I even had a balcony overlooking south west London. I got a great price on Agoda and so value for money was excellent. It needs a lick of... More

It is fair to say that the place is good value for money, decent size, clean and comfortable rooms. I was lucky enough to be on the top floor, which meant that I had a bit of a view and the fact that I could open the windows was a plus as the heating is too much. It is a... More

Arrived at the hotel at evening, nice size room, great view. Recommended for a stay in central London. The rooms are nice and warm. There are two bathrooms, great if staying with friends so you can easily communicate without having to go into separate rooms as it is open plan!

Stayed here for two nights around Black Friday 2015. The apartment was of the four person kind with a shared bedroom and two bath rooms. Avoid this if you are sensitive regarding noise from your room mates. Bathrooms also have glass doors without too much sound insulation. The apartment has a lot of space and is well equipped. It was... More

Great location... 5 minute walk to Borough underground and £20 taxi ride up to soho/covent garden. These are apartments, and have everything you need. Clean and tidy. First impressions are definitely offputting but don't judge it in that. Reception welcome is abrupt. The bed was so comfortable and the room was warm great Wifi. The room has all the hotel... More

The apartment was ok...it was a little basic, smaller than the pictures (even the guest photos) and the bedroom was a bit cramped but at the end of the day, we paid £80 on a Saturday night to be in a pretty good London location in a fully equipped apartment. You get what you pay for and a passable hotel... More

Good standard of fixtures and fittings but no means of turning thermostat down. Room a constant 28 degrees with windows open making it difficult to get a good nights sleep. For this reason would not stay again.

The check in is very simple and the staff (manned 24 hours a day) is very friendly. The room is spacious and a good layout. However, with no aircon and a room temp of 28 degrees both nights, the only option is to open the window. With the noise of traffic and revellers, this is not ideal. Also some of... More

Staying in Southwark

Neighborhood Profile
Southwark
Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard, the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street, foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest attractions such as Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe. Despite Southwark's many popular draws, instant calm can be achieved easily by turning down almost any side street. For more urban buzz, a quick stroll across famed bridges like the pedestrianized Millennium Bridge or the ever photogenic Tower Bridge yields access to the very core of Central London. And with London Bridge Station as this neighborhood's main transportation hub, getting across town (or to anywhere in England for that matter) is a relative breeze.
