We arrived , first time in London to be greeted with sorry you don't have a reservation and your show tickets which we had booked on line where not at this hotel . 2 staff members checked and when a second couple arrived they were told the same information . No booking . I am sure you can image the... More

Premier Inn are our favoured hotel brand in the UK, good quality, unpretentious, clean and modern. This hotel is air-conditioned an essential for London, the rooms are small but hey its London. Breakfast can be busy and replenishment of some items slips sometimes - rapidly attended to. The bakery selection is slimmer than last year. Very close to Victoria railway... More

I stayed 4 nights with my wife and 6 years old daughter in this hotel. Location: 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station. Definitely enjoyable when you are travelling from Gatwick. The neighborhood is mainly residential but there are great pubs and restaurants within walking distance Room: Comfortable. The beds were great. Wifi is free. I would have expected plugs adaptators... As you would expect from a Premier Inn, rooms quiet and clean, beds very comfortable and well located for Victoria etc. Didn't get to use the bar/restaurant but looked perfectly acceptable. Service is worth a mention however, reception staff very helpful and friendly.

After a transatlantic cruise, we spent two nights in the London Premier Inn Victoria. It was not fancy, but it was clean and very adequate for our needs. It was about a 5 minute walk to Victoria Station where we found a hop on-hop off bus office, and many small food places such as McDonalds, Burger King, etc. We found... More

Stayed here in April for one night to see a show. Pleasantly surprised when the hotel was only a street away from the theatre and train station. Upon entrance, we were greeted and paid. Was shown how to use the cards for entering the room and was surprised at the size as they look smaller on their website. We stayed... More

The restaurant is pleasant enough but serves shockingly poor fish cakes. Wish I had taken a photo to show the proportion of fish to potato. I was having a meal with a friend and I didn't want to ruin our meeting but in other circumstances I'd have sent them back. But when we meet again near Victoria Station we'll try... More

This hotel was clean and comfortable, but definitely no frills. The room was very quiet in spite of being on a busy street. Not a good value compared to hotels in America. Apparently this is typical of England and Europe in general. Staff was very helpful.

Nice hotel in excellent location close to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. Rooms nice and clean but small and hardly any storage space. Most of the staff was ok but one or two were very rude. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, staff was friendly and room was clean although a bit small. Breakfast was typical english with baked beans and sausages. It's not included in the price but it was with. There are also other alternatives at the Victoria Station just a 5 min walk if you don't want to eat much.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
