Reception was a tip upon arrival, it took 45 minutes to be addressed. Bathroom was filthy when we got to our room. Room was liek a sauna. It was a real dissapointment. Way too expensive and overrated.

my husband and I with 2 16yr old boys. Stayed in a 2 bedroom penthouse. It was a good apartment and value for money, though because it was the penthouse that we booked In was disappointed. Apparently quite a few of their rooms are called Penthouse! Good layout for us and a good position, handy for transport.

Me and my friends stayed here for Halloween weekend 2014. We initially were to stay at tower bridge but was moved here for more availability for our request for a room with a view - could not ask for more. The room was amazing! Best view of the city and a perfect set up. Incredible value for money. The staff... More

I booked an one room apartment and stayed for three nights with my son. This apartment is located near Aldgate East Tube station and you can just walk for three minutes to reach there. Cleanliness is satisfactory and the apartment is equipped with all modern amenities. There are many restaurants nearby- Brick Lane and adjacent to East London Mosque. You... More

Stayed in a 2 bed top floor penthouse between Christmas and New Year. We had a fabulous time. The apartments are really close to Aldgate East and Aldgate stations. Ideal for getting around London. The apartment was spotless and large. And also very warm during the coldest days of the year. We requested twin beds in one room for our... More

Clean, spacious, modern apartment. Large kitchen area, living room, dining. Cab ride to main city centre is approx 15 minutes. We used UBER several times, for convenience. Double beds = twin beds pulled together. Pack your own towels as the staff changes them once weekly. Would recommend for a quick stay (2-3 days).

We, as a party of 8 (4 adults, 3 children & 1 baby), stayed in a fabulous 2 bedroom apartment in November 2014 for 3 very comfortable nights. Our bedroom had floor to ceiling windows and was en suite, the other bedroom simply used the main bathroom. The living areas were spacious, cosy and comfortable also with fantastic floor to... More

Very convienent location, comfortable appartments, well equiped. Though mot cleaned daily, but overall impression is very ok and highly recommended for London visits. Compared to overall market trends - it is a very fair deal, good value for your money.
