Recently spent a night at this hotel in a double room costing £70 for the night. The room had a faulty radiator and no hot water and on one on the coldest nights in December the room was like walking into a fridge. The nightshift workers decided to take the room next to mine to hang out in during the... More

What can you say. The place is a total dump, dirty and downright unpleasant. At check-in I figured the place was questionable. I'm checking in and in comes a prostitute with a client, the receptionists immediately turns away from me and starts negotiating a price wth the client. I was stunned. They even start arguing over whether or not he... More

I phoned the hotel on a Wednesday to book for the Thursday night. One triple room for 3 people. 3 single beds. I was asked to email my credit card details over!!!! When I said no I was asked to book through booking.com - I explained it was more expensive there and could they not take card details over the... More

This place is the reason why you should book well in advanced. Extremely over priced for what it is, but you can't be picky when you're traveling in peak season in the greatest city in the world and you book less than a week in advance. Not my fault but that's a complaint for another forum. My room was extraordinarily... More

Stayed here with my parents for a shopping /sightseeing trip. Great location with buses and trams close by. Wonderful personal , very friendly and accommodating to our needs . Free wifi that works ! . Rooms are a bit small but we only slept there .

Stayed at the Hamilton recently for a few hours while I was waiting on someone to whose house I was staying in to return for a journey up north. The hotel staff are nice and friendly and for the price of 70 pounds for the hole of room I got I don't see why they shouldn't be. This hotel is... More

The smell of smoke wafted into my room all night. It was noisy made worse because the old windows don't close properly, the half inch gap at the bottom meant that I had a draft into my room all night. The halls were dirty and the carpets dirty and worn. I had black mould all over the shower which didn't... More
