For the money, not bad at all. I was on the ground floor close to the office, dining room etc, so it was quite noisy. Room was very small though it was just a place to sleep, so I can't really mark it down for that.

Pros: Safe, clean, comfortable, convenient to public transportation, convenient for walking, GREAT breakfast included with room (seriously, the continental breakfast was way above average. I got down to it late in the morning and everything was well-stocked and delicious.) A few minor Cons: spotty WiFi, TV with virtually no reception, and a bathroom with no vent (room got pretty humid... More

Basic would be the best word to describe this place. Its not a hotel. I'd say its a hostle. Its not called the Islington Inn its Tommys something or other & is actually rooms in a curry house. This is not an area for tourists wanting to visit London. This is a residential area. We were here purely for the... More

I stayed here four nights. Had read the reviews and was a little concerned but the Hotel was in the location I wanted, reasonably priced and I knew the bus service was good to get to central London easily. Phoned and requested a quiet room and had no problem with noise. Had a double bed which was comfortable, tv fine... More

For the price you can't expect much more ! My room (no.114) was classed as a double but was more like a single in size. That said it was clean and had self contained bathroom/shower. Space was at a premium - I had to squeeze past the wardrobe to get around the bed. The room was next to the road... More
