we were in London for a long weekend, and we found an economical but comfortable solution, given the presence of our son. Let’s start with the positive notes… the booking and staff present to our arrival was very courtesy and helpful. What is not acceptable is that if we book for a triple room it doesn’t mean a bed for... More

The so called "elegant hotel" is clean, but it is very very basic. The free "high speed internet" is abysmal and rarely worked for me in the basement rooms/areas. The room I had smelled of the winning smell of previous occupants BO and deodorant combination, and a few of his/her hairs were present on the bed (but not inside the... More

Very basic. No coffee/ tea facilities in the room. Damp on the walls. Condensation on the windows. Heating poor. Wi Fi didn't work. No mirror in main room only in the small shower room. Had to share table with other people in breakfast room.

I have stayed in room 3 recently for five nights, it was a nice and clean room in the lower ground floor, there was enough space for me and my mate inside the room, full breakfast was delicious before to head to the site every morning, the young lady at the reception is very welcoming and helpful, car park available,... We arrived late in the evening, had not been informed that the closest underground station was out of service... The lady at the desk spoke poor English and was not welcoming. The building immediately looked poorly maintained, the carpet was dirty, but the real shock was the bedroom which was completely different from the ones shown in the website photos:... More

We stayed for 2 nights during a short break in London. We chose the hotel simply as it had a good location and FREE parking which was a great perk. The room was very basic and small however it was clean and adequate enough. We didn't make use of the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Another key point... More

I booked this Hotel as it was walking distance to the Emirates Stadium. The room was very small, smelt damp, walls were as thin as you can get. Carpets a trip hazard. I felt cleaner when we left. If this Hotel was £10 a night I think it would be over priced. I will not be returning.

The location was good, but that was all. everything is old and much was broken. the staff was not very polite. the beds was so very uncomfy, never slept so bad ever. Will never go back there, to bad because the house it self is nice and the location is good.

I booked this hotel through Expedia - when I arrived the woman receptionist (who hardly spoke English) said that my room had been taken and that there were no rooms left. I had a confirmed reservation. I think the hotel re sold my room. Warning - don't stay here. William Rhodes
