We stayed at this hotel last month and were significantly amazed by the quality of service we received during our stay. Location wise, Club Quarters is superbly located at the very heart of London, having many attractions, trendy spots and parks surrounding its premises. Rooms are big and comfortable enough to ensure a perfect stay. I can not forget to... More

As a regular customer of business hotels worldwide, I am always really nicely surprised by the excellent welcoming and service I get at the Club Quarters Trafalgar Square London (The Grand). I want herewith to highlight the always jovial and professional approach of the receptionists esp. Joanna and also recently Ophélie. They are always there to find the best available... More

We had a fantastic time here, everybody was kind and made our stay really comfortable. The location is perfect and allows you to go anywhere by walk. Special thanks to staff's members Pelayo and Carlos who helped us with the luggage, and also to Luigi and Giussepe who brought to our room anything we needed!

Paid £112 for a room on a Sunday night which was very reasonable considering the great location. Nice touch on the water bottles provided but other than that a pretty standard hotel room. I have stayed in this hotel before in an inwards facing room and it was awful We also got room service from Bianco43 the Italian next door... More

very small room with no bath. Staff ok. You are only paying for the location of hotel which is great for Trafalgar Square and National Portrait Gallery which is at the top of the road. But really nothing special.

Stayed with friends for the weekend, room was nice, clean and reasonable for London prices but overnight there was an awful smell of onions the filled the room. Spent a fortune on after shave and perfume to combat it and when I complained in the morning was told that it was probably the vent from one of the restaurants! So... More

I stayed at this hotel for a year. Yes, a whole year - living here and it was the best second home ever! The staff is extremely helpful and the service is amazingly friendly. I couldn't have asked for a more central location. The rooms are clean and functional. The hotel is a great business hotel with excellent wi-fi, conference... More

Stayed 4 nights as in London & booked by Company. Good central location for business, near to Charing Cross & Embankment stations. (I would think ideal for tourists also, effectively on Trafalgar Sq. & walking distance from many 'sights'. Staff very helpful & friendly throughout stay. Room was smallish (but I suppose relatively large for London) but well appointed. I... More

We visited London for a mini break in February. We were made very welcome at check in. The room was clean, quiet and pleasantly furnished. I believe Club Quarters represents excellent value for money. The location is great - very central. I intend staying here next trip to London.

I travel to London on business on a regular basis and always stay at Club Quarters Trafalgar Square as the friendly staff always make me feel very welcome. The Gold Rewards offer is a very fair and useful option. The rooms are functional rather than plush, but that is reflected in the price, the location is perfect for leisure visits... More

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
