We got a very good deal on this hotel so wondered if it might be a bit dated. We were very wrong. Our room was soundproofed to a level that eliminated all noise except for the hourly tolling of Big Ben, now who can complain about that? The beds were very comfortable, everything was spotless. The kitchenette was compact but... More

The hotel could not have been in better location for the things we were doing in London, central but doesn't feel like it's in the bustle. The staff were friendly, they knew their hotel and were quick and efficient....on top of that they were super-smiley.....really nice team. The room was reasonably sized, comfy bed and a good shower. And then... More

Lovely hotel in a great location. Walking distance to many attractions. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. We had a fridge and microwave in ours. A little on the expensive side but it is in central London so to be expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, walking distance to many great attractions. Spacious suite, very comfortable, but no view. Definitely get the suite if possible as my friend just got a room and said it was very small and claustrophobic. Nice looking lobby, helpful staff and a decent English breakfast. One thing I found odd was that we had to carry our own bags... More

Average hotel, clean, but to pay £226 for a room and then expected to pay £20 per person for breakfast is way over priced for the quality of the accommodation.( let's keep it real) Rooms are ok nothing special. Good location though.

Ideal location but you need to be well off to stay there or else in expenses. The rooms are nice but breakfast is additional on top of an already steep charge. Pret is just around the corner as is the rest of London so choose your breakfast on the hoof.

We stayed 3+ weeks in Europe, and Club Quarters was, hands down, the best hotel out of all of our accommodations. One of the best things: this hotel offers empty water bottles, fresh cold water, and ice all in one location for its customers (for free). You can walk down the hall and bottle yourself chilled water any time of... More

Excellent location and a very plush and grand hotel. The staff members were very helpful and every request was met in a very pleasant and professional manner. The location of the room was excellent as you looked out over Trafalgar Square

Great location!Hotel itself beautiful and reasonable prices for group booking. Although the staff when we visited were unhelpful and not very friendly which was disappointing as I had brought my family from the states here for there first trip to London. I stay in London regularly and have to say the service from the staff has got to be one... More

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
