As said in the title, i cant fault the location as it was walkable to Camden Market and Euston station was very close. But the hotel, the worst i have stayed in the UK so far. Our room wasn't bad looking to be fair, but it was like a box, the shower only had two drops dripping down on you,... More

Stayed there for 1 night, the luxury bedroom pics must be somewhere else!!! It was an ok place to bed down for the night, Bed was comfy and clean, But the shared bathroom and shower left alot to be desired, Rusty radiators and filthy grout, But at £41 per night in london, it was as cheap as a taxi ride... Honestly, this is the worst hotel I have ever been to!!! The photos of the management in several booking pages is nothing at all with reality! I am really wondering if these kind of rooms exist. The room was quite small and the bathroom even smaller!!! The bathroom and the toilet were located in a plastic box inside the room... More

I fully understand that you get what you pay for, and wasn't expecting 5 star treatment or facilities. And this was cheap for a one night stay in London £68.50 for a twin room. But this hotel wasn't worth no where near £68.50 for the night. The hotel smells throughout. The room was dirty, stains on both bedsheets ( and... More

The hosts were really lovely, and even took into account th efact that I booked for the wrong night, without any additional fee. So I appreciated that. On the other hand, really noisy during the night (from other guests). The hosts (indians, really open minded!) were awesome !

I stayed at the Goodwood Hotel with two friends on 19/12/2015. The guy on reception, Mo, was very helpful and he booked us in with the minimum fuss. He even took us to our room. The room itself was in good order, clean and everything worked. The location is excellent and it was very handy base to explore the City.... More

Regardless of some of the other reviews it did make me a bit nervous. Rooms were fine, 8 of us staying for the weekend. Check in was fast and friendly, no breakfast but it stated this when booking. Plenty of friendly cafes nearby and reasonable. You get what you pay for, rooms were clean and beds were great. If you... More

The photos on the website are nothing like the actual place! Trading standards need to take a serious look at his this establishment is presenting itself as a London Hotel. Basically, it is a very large property that has been divided into a lot of bedrooms, all very very basic. There is a communal shower and toilet on each floor.... More

We stayed for three nights at the goodwood hotel. The room was never cleaned onve during our stay. The room was small and the bathroom was ok but had a very low standard. The only nice thing about the place was the nice man in the reception and the location of the hotel. The hotel is way over priced considered... More

I've read many terrible reviews about how unclean the hotel was, but it was fine. Pros: - I booked a single room and was given a double bed. No complaints! - The location was brilliant! It's about a 2 minute walk to the nearest tube station (Russell Square) and was very easy to find. - The hotel is not on... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
