Like the saying goes...You get what you pay for, so I'm guessing in London... £79 room only gets you the lowest end of the market... but still, even this was way over priced.. read on ! I was taken in by the professional looking photos, but don't be fooled... Check in was professional and smooth, but sadly that's where all... More

I stayed here for three nights and I've got to say they were the worst three nights ever. The room was tiny and dirty, the shared shower was a disgrace with limescale everywhere. The shared toilet had holes in the wall and everywhere needed a good cleaning. The room wasn't cleaned, bin wasn't emptied or beds weren't made for three days.... More

I had to make a last minute trip to London and on the train ride over was frantically looking for a room. With everything booked out this was the only place I could find. It's not that this place is terrible, but there isn't a whole lot of good things to say about it. Pros: - Excellent location - Free... More

This is the dirtiest and most unsafe hotel I have ever stayed in. rooms not as pictured, no clean bedding, emergency exits obstructed, faeces coming out of shower drain. I do not understand how this place is still open. There should be a sign saying beware of the rats as we encountered on as we were leaving!

Great location and friendly staff, the room was in good condition but a little grubby. The shared bathroom needed a good clean, smelt dirty and looked dirty, wouldn't pay the price I did again , slightly disappointing.

The hotel was refurbished, however I believe not all rooms or corridors. The room my friend and I stayed in, was kind of refurbished with new furniture but a tiny room. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. We were lucky to have an ensuite room, but the bathroom unfortunatley was not clean. We did not complain or... More

the host was agressive and shouted at us due to late arrival because our flight was delayed. the room was filthy and smelled like a sewer, they had clearly made an efford to reduce the smell cause the room was cold and the windows were wide open. the "bathroom" was a box buildt into the room. and there was no... Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
