Whilst being at least 40 minutes from central London this hotel still charges central London prices. Service was extremely poor with a rude man on reception. The room itself was tiny and very run down. The front room where the bar used to be is full of cardboard boxes and looks dumpy. Breakfast is average and there is no bar... More

We stayed in the Roseview in the lovely Musswell Hill for 3 nights. A brilliant location with great buses including the very reasonable night bus connecting you with London. The room was disappointing, tired and a bit scruffy. There was a large portable air conditioning unit left randomly at the side of the bed! The bathroom was so small that... More

Stayed in the hotel for one night. We were upgraded to a superior room, and I dread to think what a standard room was like as our room was very crampt, the shower was in the bedroom and the toilet was so small we had to keep the door open when seated, in order to fit in!! The hotel was... More

My wife and I were attending an event at Alexander Palace, and were looking for some accommodation for 2 nights close by. The location was spot on from that point of view. Literally a 12 minute walk to the palace, and to the building itself, not the bottom of the park. The reception staff were courteous and polite. Our room... More

I have just stayed at this hotel and had a nice stay. We were going to a concert at Alexandra Palace and the hotel was a pleasant stroll from here. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. There are lots of shops, bars and places to eat nearby and the area is lovely. However the... More

We stayed in this hotel on a Saturday in May. I booked it as it was close to Alexandra Palace, where we were going in the evening. The location was great and the staff super friendly. We had dinner nearby and had a lovely evening. My one criticism of the hotel was on the Sunday morning. After breakfast we went... More

Stayed on Friday 17th April 2015 as we're seeing Ben Howard at Alexandra Palace, we thought we had booked The Alexandra Palace Hotel but this hotel seems to have 2 names! Was very disappointed. The room needed updating, the bathroom smelt of bad drains and the bar was closed stacked with furniture!

This has quite possibly been one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I booked four rooms for myself and my colleagues for three nights, and because this was a lot of money and I have the advance form my job to cover it, I phoned to pay the total bill in advance……only to be refused the opportunity... We arrived in the evening of the 27th january and were met by a very nice and courteous gentleman in reception. everything was ready for us and he carried our bags to our room for us and showed us where to go. There is no bar in this hotel. We did not want it so it mattered not. The room... More

We stay here frequently as it is 5 minutes from the residential care home where my mother lives. Staff friendly and helpful and it's clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast good though they used to do a great cooked breakfast included in the price. It could probably do with updating and re-opening the bar. There is no wheelchair access which I... More
