Eight months before my family trip to London, I reserved and paid the deposit for the Primrose Hill Apartment on Chalcot Crescent--which by all accounts seemed to be the loveliest one on the website. Approximately two months before the trip, I was informed by Liz that mysteriously, the apartment I had chosen had been "double booked" and my only choice... More

I totally refute Mr Andrew S's claim about how he was treated by us. Andrew S and his wife first emailed us requesting to stay in either Primrose Hill OR Belsize Park on 20 February 2014, (5 months not 8 months prior their dates) which were 26 July - 4 August. On 22 May, I realised (2 months before their... More

Our family of five (including 3 teenagers) stayed here for a week in July 2013. The location is excellent. It's a five minute walk to Chalk Farm tube station, and about 10 minutes to Camden Town. The area is very safe. We stayed in apartment 6 which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a very nice patio area. My... More

My husband and I were extremely fortunate to be upgraded to the 2 bedroom garden apartment in Primrose Hill when the initial one bedroom apartment booking was no longer available for our dates. We arrived quite jet lagged from Australia and the forever long flight, however the moment we stepped inside this garden apartment we were re-energized. It is a... More

Primrose Hill has to be best part of London for a stay but sadly there are no hotels there apart from ones that are 15 mins on foot so when i found these apartments i was overjoyed. i have now stayed at every single one of the apartments available and have my favourite but they are all fantastic. And I... More

Liz Heavenstone operates more than one apartment accommodation in the Primrose Hill area of London. This review is for Apartment 1, a one bedroom with sofa bed on the first floor with access to a lovely little balcony with a view. Two relatively convenient tube stops ... Regents Park very close by and Hampstead Heath a healthy 15 minute walk... More

We booked the 3 apartments in the same house for our family to celebrate our ruby wedding . Eight of us stayed and it worked really well. The big apartment is total luxury with a 4 poster bed and a beautiful sitting room. We stayed for 2 nights and before going out for dinner we all had drinks in the... More

The Primrose Hill Apartments just have to be the best value for anyone coming to London. We have stayed in all 3 (which are in the same building) and will use them again anytime in preference to a hotel. The attention to detail is exceptional, even down to the organic drinks in the kitchens and the organic mattresses and bed... More
