Despite the great location, the place doesn't look like the pictures....it needs a refurb and pest control to get rid of the mice. Its a real shame, because first impressions were good, but on closer inspection, it became obvious that the place is neglected. The mouse ran from the kitchen area, behind the TV set and behind the wardrobe. There was no one available to tell when we checked out. Upon emailing we were denied any compensation for the inconvenience - hence the review. Won't stay again.

I have found a MOUSE in the apartment. It was disgusting. When I went to the reception to talk to the person in charge, he told me he could not do anything and offered me to stay in the basement. He was not even helpful to go to the room and take the mouse out. I had to stay all night trying to hunt the mouse. This place is a dump. Don't stay there.

We booked an apartment for 3 nights. It was very good value considering how close it was to the museums and Gloucester Rd Tube. Outside appearances were deceptive. Scaffolding was up and they are clearly making improvements. The staff were friendly and helpful..(we had trouble understanding how to work the TVs) The room itself was clean and well appointed. The cleaning staff came in daily and we got fresh towels every day . We will definitely book again

Good central hotel. The room I stayed in was clean and well presented. Although majority of the time the staff where friendly especially the cleaners. I did had an issue where the fire alarm went off in the building I was in, firstly the hotel didn’t know it was going off and had to be alerted by other guests and secondly they had no way of telling which room the alarm was going off in. This caused a 20 minute long process where two staff members rush around trying to locate the room with the alarm. During this I decided to go back to my room having left the building when the alarm went off. So I was in my room waiting for this drama to end and my door was just unlocked without any knocking. I then was talked to rudely busy guessing that the guests that informed them of the alarm then fled were likely to be source of the alarm 🙄. The entrance and hallways are shabby, the carpets need replacing and there was an ant problem at times but I did love how close it was to the tube it made my stay.…

I found this gem over 10 years ago, and have returned there every year since, and never been disappointed. A great location in Kensington, near Earls Court or Gloucester Road tubes. The management is always cheerful and helpful; and the studio rooms have full amenities, including a laundry machine. As a final bonus, Sainsbury's is right down the street, across Cromwell Road.

Was actually sent here from another place they experienced maintenance issues. What a stroke of luck! Well appointed, great location, clean, great value. Will definitely rebook for next trip. Comes with highest recommendation.

1 bed apartment, good amount of space for price. However, shower pressure poor (on 5th floor). Room numbers confusing (I tried to get into a guys apartment...). Floors could be cleaner and found insects (plural) crawling over the couch which put me off sitting there.... A little distrurbed by the photos behind reception of the receptionist with Theresa May & Borris Johnson... but clearly that's just personal taste!! Maybe I had bad luck with the apartment, it is a good price but I doubt I'll return.

24 hour reception and lovely facilities. Cheapest price we found around. 15 minute walk to Hyde Park, minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station. Local amenities on your door step. One draw back, if you open the windows the traffic noise is hard to ignore.... but there was Air Con.

It was undergoing extensive refurbishment when I was there so it was a bit noisy, The location was excellent, about five minutes walk from Gloucester Road tube and a nice direct walk too. A large Sainsbury's at the top of the road too so ideal for any bits you need during your stay. My only negative comment on the property is that the maids are not terribly thorough my first night there I cleaned the floor myself as my feet were filthy from walking around barefoot. I also dusted the bedside table and cleaned the kitchen sides. I would stay there again, however anyone wanting to stay there I recommend getting yourself some cheap floor wipes and some disinfectant wipes and just having a wipe around before unpacking. I would have assumed that some of the dirt is due to the property currently being renovated. However I was unfortunate enough to watch the maids clean my room one afternoon as they were late cleaning it. A real half hearted effort. I got an excellent deal for this property and so for the price and location I would definitely stay there again. However I would not pay more than the £60 a night I paid.…

Stayed here for 2 nights with my partner and little girl. I was very happy with the place for the price. Great location, and comfortable. Staff were always available and were helpful and friendly. There were a few minor things that could perhaps be tweaked e.g. Tv not working, air con leaking water but we weren't there to watch tv so wasn't a huge problem for us. When visiting London I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
