Booked at this hotel for 2 couples about 6/7 months ago and instead we were given two rooms down the road in 39 suites. Asked for two double rooms on same floor with street view but we only got one! The other was facing the rear with nothing to see but other apartment windows. The room was small, and the... More

Due to last minute plan, stopover in London for a night at Hotel 43. Given any other choice, will avoid this at all cost. Basement room is a big hazard and wifi not working. Breakfast is disappointing for the money you paying. Other than that, room is clean and small but guess that is normal by London standard.

We stayed here in December 2013 for 3nights. The hotel was far from what we expected it to be. The rooms weren't that clean- fairly small with a window that looked out onto a brick wall and also didn't open. The guy on reception didn't have a clue what he was doing. Breakfast was very felt very claustrophobic as it... More

We booked Hotel 43 6 months in advance but were still unable to get a twin room. As the Hotel was booked out on our dates we were unable to have access to our room until 1pm which was hard after an overnight flight arriving at 5am. We were able to leave luggage in the reception area (which was very... More

Booked this hotel for 4 nights. We where put in one the basement rooms. Although the room was was relatively nice it was small and smelt funny. You could also hear people walking in the hallway above which was quite annoying at times. Breakfast was nice but very small room. Staff were polite and happy to help. The location is... More

Room was in the basement, smelled like a sewer, staff was unfriendly, unhelpful. Friends room had broken shower and broken TV. Hotel is in good location near Queensway Tube but property is really two buildings Nr 39 and Nr 43. so if you must stay here make sure everyone is in the same room. Because of the room condition we... More

We had quite comfortable 3 nights at this hotel. It is not fancy by any means, in fact the decor in the rooms could do with a coat of paint if nothing else but room was clean with good shower and safety deposit box. One thing I would mention that the walls are very thin, you can hear what ever... More

As other reviewers have mentioned the rooms in this hotel are very small. At least ours was. Almost no floor space so our two suitcases took up all the room there was and then some. There was a desk with tea making facilities which I would gladly have removed in order to have more space. But I guess small hotel... More

We stayed two night at this hotel on a recent visit to London and was very impressed with this hotel. First off its not fancy and you are not greeted by some doorman in a tall hat but we throughly enjoyed our stay. The 2 person double room was very small but we were comfortable. There was a tiny kitchen... More

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I rang them 2 hours before boarding my flight from Aus to confirm my booking. They told me it had been cancelled due to my credit card being invalid. Not once did they email me to confirm the card details or provide another one. I then had to rebook and it... More
