This is a very small hotel in a very central part of London close to two underground stations, Queensway and Bayswater, from which you can reach any destination. The hotel has modern furniture and nice small rooms which were very clean.

Although the room was nice and clean, the bathroom was so so small! It was hard to move or do anything in it. It was a nice and style and clean though. The staff could be a lot more friendlier. The breakfast was average with not much choice. The elevator was making strange sounds and some buttons were missing. The... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in mid August 2014.Our room was on the 4th floor. I had booked the room with a kitchenette. Ok, the room wasn't huge but it had the little kitchenette and a little table & chairs. We had breakfast in our room every day and our evening meal on our first night... More

We really enjoy our stay here. great service and the location is everything you need. The only problem is that the rooms should have a plug free of charge for the clients who need it .we use 2 corn plug and we paid at the reception to have one :(

The positive aspects of the hotel are: great location, simple but very good breakfast, daily cleaning of rooms, lift and good WiFi signal. The negative aspects are: some stains on the floor in the room, worn our furniture, dirty windows, small but decently equpied bathroom and a bit pricey.

Stayed here based on Trip Advisor reviews, which were mixed. Bayswater area is jumping with young tourists. Queensborough Terrace looks a bit seedy, but lots of repair and renovation is going on. Front desk staff at Hotel 43 were accommodating and tried to help with issues we brought to their attention. Example: the hair dryer in bathroom quit after running... More

My overall impression of this hotel, which wonderfully located just off Bayswater Rd within easy walking distance of the Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, is that it is a bit tired and shabby. However, if you don’t mind small rooms, uncomfortable mattresses and walls/carpets in need of replacement and a good coat of fresh paint, you will be very satisfied... More

We just needed a bed for q couple of nights, none of the big chains had any offers so we booked this hotel at £80 per night. Good value by London standards and included continental breakfast. Very small room but OK unless you wanted to spend a lot of time n it. Air con. was a bonus. Bathroom OK with... More

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. On arrival we were given a standard room however on our booking form we had paid for a superior room. The staff stated they do not have any superior rooms. We were given a standard room in the basement which smelt of damp, we had no phone reception and no wi fi... More
