Now, I must add this was a bed for between 3am and 10am so I had little expectation but for £70.00 only 30.00 less than a four star on lastminute I expected a little more...... The rooms damp un aired smell hit me immediately, even after coming from a pub! It didn't stip there the floor was wet oneside of... More

One night stay in london tower bridge travelodge as we were in london to see the elvis exhibit... You get what you pay for with travelodges and having stayed in them all over the country i cannot fault them at all. The staff on reception were brilliant, the check in was quick and efficient, the rooms were just what you... More

I can't fault the hotel, well situated, clean, good staff, modern BUT...in this day and age surely they shouldn't make you pay for wifi! Admittedly you get a measly 30 mins free, but really ...that's only just about long enough to compose this piece...

We are not tourists, but this hotel is brilliantly located for tourists a stones throw from the Tower, the river and close to the tube station and the circle and district lines. We are close to the tube line and busy roads but it is very quiet in the room. The reception staff are very polite and friendly. There are... More

Feel a little mean not giving a 5* review. Afterall , a decent clean room five minutes from Tower Bridge for £44. The nearby Premier Inns were all over £100. Reception was efficient rather than effusive. Didn't eat there, but no shortage of alternatives around incl a Wetherspoons. Also, not at all noisy from the street.

This is a great hotel in a great location for a great price. The room was spotless, the staff is literally the best hotel staff I have ever come across and I travel a LOT! They are so friendly and considerate. The only thing that I could mention - but that is personal preference more than a complaint - is... More

The first thing you need to think about is that this is a budget hotel chain offering a room in Central London for 49-00. You are not going to get a fantastic room, swimming pool, a la carte menu etc. However, for a hotel at this price and just 2 minutes walk from Tower Hill then this was certainly terrific... More

Perfectly acceptable stay (for 1 night) in a very convenient location. "New" rooms have some disappointingly old-fashioned features, such as a shower curtain rather than a more hygienic screen. Remember to take your hairdryer! None provided in rooms, and you can only "borrow" one from reception for up to 2 hours. Staff very friendly though, and make this "average" stay... More

I have just come back from this travellodge and it was great. The staff where good, the hotel was clean and the room was a good size and also clean. it is in a good location near undergrounds etc. There was a Tesco express just around the corner which was handy and also a wetherspoons up the road which is...
