The biggest positive = location. Close to Paddington and Hyde Park it's ideal to explore London. The room was big enough for the three of us, had a small kitchen area and had free wifi, but that's about it as far as the positives go. On the flip side, the bathroom (no bath) was cramped and the shower ran out... More

Pros: - Very good location, nearby station, shops. - Availability of a kitchen big plus (e.g. we were travelling with kids) - Kitchen well equipped with utensils and crockery (though the stove didn't work in our room). - Plenty of space in the basic standard setup Cons: - Premises (at least the ones we lived in) a bit shabby. -... Newly and nicely refurbished apartment (at least No 12 was) close to Paddington Station in an unattended block, ideal for those who wish to eat out or prepare there own simple meals. Ideal for two. Given the disparity between my review and others, I felt obliged to take photos to confirm my gradings! The apartments appeared to be just completing... More

The photos could not be further from the truth. The first room was a dark basement flat with brown damp all over the walls and celing and the smell of damp was overpowering and was literally like the grimmest bedsit imaginable. we got moved to the next door room where the damp was at least painted over but there was... Apartments are very well located, easy to access, well enough equipped, but they are very poorly maintained, the place is grubby, walsl dirty, divan base was filthy. With a little care and attention they could be good. They are also small. However so well located are they i gave them a 3 rather than 2

The photos do not reflect the standard of the rooms which are basic and more aligned with 2/3 star status at very best. The heat was intense and oppressive with no air conditioning and unable to open the sash windows fully. Location is very convenient to the tube stations but next door to hostels with gangs of men hanging around... More

I booked a studio apartment for 3 adults over a weekend for an event in Hyde Park and wanted to be close by. The accommodation was barley adequate. My husband and I had a 'king size' bed in one corner of the room with a bottom sheet that only covered two thirds of the mattress and the other bed was... More

Cannot believe how bad this was. The location is great close to Hyde Park and plenty of tubes within easy reach and the area is relatively quiet. But that is where the positives stop. Check in is half a mile away (yes half a mile away) and no transport is provided between the two place. On finally arriving and opening... More

Firstly check in is a 15 minute walk from where you need to be, when we walked in the place is a building site!!!!!!!!! And when finally coming across our room, which was no signed for, it smelt like damp!! The place has fixtures and bits missing and some bits where you can see they are doing the place up,... More

BOILING HOT! We once stayed last year and had an awful time, but due to the location we thought we would give it the benefit of the doubt and try it again BAD IDEA!! Mezzanine rooms are a HUGE NO! Do not do it during the summer especially if you have asthma or hard of breathing! No fans, ventilation or... More
