Stayed twice for work and cost wise it works if there are two or more and you don't mind it being basic! First impression walking in is good and according to claimed facilities it should be BUT it seems to be a bit of a lottery! Something's work and something's don't. Three flat screen televisions are good but not good... More

A nice change to a scabby hotel. Apartment no. 2 is described as a studio. Another word could be bedsit. One big room with a bed and a kitchen in it. A bit odd but really handy if you like cooking in your bedroom or sleeping in the kitchen. The place us clean and tends to be a better option... More

Close to Paddington train station and good location to move around London. Lots of eateries around so just in waling distance for a quick bite. Room was big enough for 4 of us and kitchen utilities was clean and useful. Only the bath was a little small and one of the days the alarm went off in the early hours... More

Terrible experience! Receptionist was rude. Huffing and puffing around, everything was a effort for her. She couldn't understand English very well. Room was small with a bed at the top of some stairs which was dangerous. Shower room was the size of a match box, the toilet doesn't flush and when sharing 1 toilet with other rooms it is a... More

The biggest positive = location. Close to Paddington and Hyde Park it's ideal to explore London. The room was big enough for the three of us, had a small kitchen area and had free wifi, but that's about it as far as the positives go. On the flip side, the bathroom (no bath) was cramped and the shower ran out... More

Pros: - Very good location, nearby station, shops. - Availability of a kitchen big plus (e.g. we were travelling with kids) - Kitchen well equipped with utensils and crockery (though the stove didn't work in our room). - Plenty of space in the basic standard setup Cons: - Premises (at least the ones we lived in) a bit shabby. -... Newly and nicely refurbished apartment (at least No 12 was) close to Paddington Station in an unattended block, ideal for those who wish to eat out or prepare there own simple meals. Ideal for two. Given the disparity between my review and others, I felt obliged to take photos to confirm my gradings! The apartments appeared to be just completing... More

The photos could not be further from the truth. The first room was a dark basement flat with brown damp all over the walls and celing and the smell of damp was overpowering and was literally like the grimmest bedsit imaginable. we got moved to the next door room where the damp was at least painted over but there was... Apartments are very well located, easy to access, well enough equipped, but they are very poorly maintained, the place is grubby, walsl dirty, divan base was filthy. With a little care and attention they could be good. They are also small. However so well located are they i gave them a 3 rather than 2
