Housekeeping & Maintenance has to improve - floor not cleaned, many marks on walls, poor design of bathtub/shower screen, bathroom air vent either works continuously of not at all, towel radiator heating too burning hot. Mattress a tad too soft for our preference. Front Desk - Tom is a super star! Friendly, warm, customer service oriented and professional! He's a... More

Excellent stay here for a week, great locatoin, very reasonably priced. Staff superb professional and friendly, and the rooms better than most London hotels of a higher nightly price. Would definately stay again

I come to London on average 2 times a year and have stayed in different apartments each time, this one was the nicest one I've been in. It has wooden floors, nice furniture, is clean and a pleasure to live in. The kitchenette is of course small and only suitable for minimum cooking, which is fine for me. Very nice... More

Stayed here two nights in the summer. The location is pretty good as it is close to Hyde Park and the local tube station is a 5 min walk. Note that the tube station is all stairs so keep that in mind when packing your suitcase. The hotel is in a nice and quiet location. My only real issue was... More

Stayed at the Princes Square Apartments with my wife and 2 year old son in a one bedroom apartment on the lower ground floor. This was perfect for us so we could set up the little boy's cot in the lounge and still have lights on and conversation in the bedroom which is very rare on holiday (usually its lights... More

1. Finding the place was quite annoying at first due to all of the buildings looking the same etc but it is very close to 2 of the subway stations in the area 2. Payment was easy but one thing I wasn't told was about a £100 security thing which isn't directly taken out unless there is damages or so....... More

We had an unfortunate experience booking through an online company who cancelled our booking at this property and only advised us of the problem after we had left our home to fly to London. You can imagine our shock flying all day and arriving at 5.30pm to find our booking (which we booked 6 months earlier) had been cancelled by... More

Have stayed here on numerous occasions when travelling in London with my infant daughter. The appartments are huge, the service excellent (tom and hadi are really superb and go out of their way to help) and the location incredible (you are five mins walk from Notting Hill tube so have parks, trendy bars and restaurants and funky little shops all... I am glad by the response from the reception team. They always helped me out in any problem. Room service was very good. Do not find any problem while staying there. I will recommend this who want to stay in London.

We have booked there and where quite satisfied : Normally there is a friendly man sitting in the reception. When we arrived Sunday early evening there was another man sitting which we never saw again. He was most busy to watch TV (Football Championship). The safe did not work and I asked him for help and told him that the... More

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighborhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighborhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
