Four of us stayed here over the weekend for a hen party. The main bedroom was lovely but the sofa bed was broken in the lounge. When we called reception, we were told that the apartments and hotel were full and so there was no replacement bed which meant that two of the four had to sleep on the floor.... More

Stayed on business last week and this was, without doubt, the worst hotel experience I have had for a long time. On check-in, directed to a seperate building further down the street. The ground floor ocrridor was full of builders rubble, old sinks, plasterboard sheets and the general detritus of a work in progress. Given a basement room in a... More

Stayed with my family... Bedroom clean and smart, good size, bathroom the same - living room tiny and well in need of a bit of TLC. Somewhat over priced but good for tube location and really friendly staff. Strangely the pull out sofa bed was really comfy!!! The windows always sounded open and were drafty, but a quite part of... The only thing that is ok about this place is the location. Our room was tiny, dirty, noisy. Did not look anything like the pictures. Cigarette burns in furniture. Air con didn’t work. Bathroom grubby, shower floor chipped. The "kitchenette" was a fridge with a broken door and a grubby microwave within a cupboard. The price would have been cheap... More

My husband and I needed a hotel close to Bayswater and fast. We were able to book a room here two days before we arrived in London. It is in a very convenient location, two streets over from Queensway tube station. Quiet street. You need to check in at number 43 which is 2 doors down. The room was expensive!... More

This hotel has some nice ideas, with regard to the kitchen-in-a-cupboard type idea. For the size of it, I agree with other reviewers, you're not going to be cooking anything ambitious, but it is handy for breakfast and quick meals. Plus, whomever came to service our room each morning also surprised us by washing up our used dishes for us.... More

Stayed here from April 19th to 22nd for the London marathon. It's in a decent location a short train and tube trip from Heathrow airport and a short walk from Oxford street. You also have the lovely Hyde Park and Kensington gardens a few minutes away. Bayswater and Queensway tube stations are not far from the doorstep and a lot... More

The room was nice and cozy, and you even have a hidden kitchen complete with plates and utensils. The bed was hard and the pillows were as flat as pancakes which made sleeping very uncomfortable, but the hotel is situated in a quiet street away from busy Queensway/Bayswater but it is also a mere 5 min walk to the Queensway... Crap service, crap room, crap value, crap location... AVOID! We had to wait 2 hours before we got our room, which we had reserved a week before arrival. We arrived 01.30 at the hotel. So when we finally got our room (which was TERRIBLE), one of the staff workers woke us up 4 hours later.....(08.00) Complaining about us not have... More

Firstly this is the first review I have written i just feel i needed to share this with people. You check in at Hotel 43 two doors down, the guy on reception was friendly enough but I get the impression he did not speak that much English. I Stayed in a Studio room on the 3rd Floor, first thing I... More
