Average hotel. Tiny single room in the basement for €130 per night does not represent value. Staff at front desk were cold and unfriendly each and every time I dealt with them from check in to check out. Not a smile amongst them. Hotel is clean. Well located for Earls Court station.

The reservation process was flawless, and the location a pleasant surprise - just minutes from the Piccadilly Tube in Earl's Court which provides direct service to Heathrow, and to Leister Square for the theatre district. Staff friendly and accommodating, rooms clean and comfortable. Will most certainly return when next in London.
