Toilet was not the cleanest I have seen.. had lunch and drinks at the bar later: good! but the room...please do bring industry quality earplugs and you might be able... More

Stayed here last Sunday, and to be honest can't complain, bit pricey considering it is rooms above a pub restaurant. The room was ok, the staff friendly, and the food in all honesty was nice, typical high end pub food, we live in Norfolk, and there are lots of places exactly the same, so if you think you are going... I booked this hotel as my husband had been bought tickets to see a group in London for his 50th birthday. I chose this hotel because we understood that it was part of Gordon Ramsey Holdings and so assumed- much to our huge mistake- that as Mr Ramsey tours around the country and the USA telling people how to sort... Stayed here for a couple of nights in August (part of a Red Letter voucher). The service and attention we received from the staff was extremely good. The food was amazing - was not disappointed with the food at any time during our stay (we had a full English in the mornings, and we also had a small bar snack... More

Just come back from a night at the York and Albany 08/08/15. Stayed in room 5, the door was very hard to lock and unlock, room very average, bathroom door has no lock and is also hard to open and tiles in bathroom are smashed in a few places. If you open your bathroom window there are people sitting outside... More

We were given a gift voucher for an overnight stay along with bed and breakfast . Over the past 9 months I tried 5 times to book a room only to be told the hotel was fully booked. Eventually I agreed to pay a £30 supplement and upgraded my room. The hotel is above a bar and restaurant . We... More

We visited York and Albany to celebrate my partners 30th birthday on Wednesday. The 5 courses were delicious and the service was faultless. Everyone couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcome and the night special. Kamil our waiter was excellent and Will and his team of chefs who we were lucky enough to meet produced amazing... More

We stayed one night as part of a wedding party and we were very disappointed with the quality of the service and of the amenities. The presence at Reception was patchy, we were given no instructions when we checked in (about check out time, breakfast, ....) and the hallway on the way to our room was strewn with workers' tools.... Staying in Camden

Neighborhood Profile
Camden
Famous for its sprawling cluster of markets and shops as well as for an embrace of all things counter culture, Camden offers a concentrated version of London street life. From bargain shopping and people watching to rubbing elbows in its abundance of pubs and bars, Camden is the place to be for many a Londoner. It is also home to some of the hottest live music venues in Europe. As packed as Camden High Street and its tributaries can get during the weekends, this neighborhood is right next to some of the city's most beloved outdoor spaces, namely Regent's Park and Primrose Hill.
