Great value hostel with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for 2 weeks in different rooms. Smaller are best, but the large ones were good too (recommend buying earplugs in the largest if you want a full nights sleep). Highly recommend!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Willesden Hostel. First off they wouldn't let us pay for the room with cards but never said anything on the website. Then their "free wifi" doesn't work. It was a big inconvenience for me. Then we were rooming with some employees and they were so rude! They would turn on lights at... More

I feel like I need to give the hostel a bit more credit than it receives from most reviews. My cousin and I stayed here for two nights for a London trip. It's nothing fancy, far from it but for the cheap price you pay it's worth it if you only need somewhere to sleep and shower and don't want... More

The bathroom is clean and tidy, however the are appeared very unsafe, though I had previously lived in London for a year I haven't felt this unsafe whilst in London. Lots of aggressive people in the streets, I didn't feel safe leaving my car on the streets and the limited parking meant I had to shift it early in the... More

Poor service by day staff. Do not attend to complains.Yes the Italian couple! Night staff John was fantastic. Opening hours at 8 am. When I had to check out at 8 am to hand over the key and collect key deposit of £20 I waited till 9.20 am and left when it was still not opened. I missed the Outstation... More

So after struggling to find No. 8 in the shady neighborhood outside the center of London, the barely helpful staff (who only accepted cash- shady) checked us into our room(we had to walk through the pub which resembled a crack den) where none of the power outlets worked and the sounds of what I can only imagine was some form... Comfortable, warm and nice envoironment in which one feels at home. A place you can cook, iron and use internet services. No problems experienced and no nothing ontoward. Would highly recommend this hostel.

You have a very warm place to sleep but the bed is noisy. If you go a weekend prepare to have music coming from the bar until midnight. people are polite and the owner is a nice fella. ask him for good stuff to visit. he will give you good advice

On arrival, we were a bit worried by the "no refunds" sign in reception. We thought we better check the room first but actually the rooms are fine. Lovely and warm but the mattress was old and a bit uncomfortable. The springs squeaked very loudly every time you moved, definitely a few years past needing replaced. The big problem was... More
