Was cheated into staying in this filthy, unhygenic, stinky, insect infected apartment. The pictures and description are totally inaccurate. Was supposed to stay here for 10 nights with my wife and daughter but couldnt stand the dust and insects had to leave asap. The staff are unfriendly, rude and unapproachable. Becareful as the apartments are not staffed, the cancellation policy... more

Stayed here as was looking for a an apartment in the Oxford Street area. I couldnt believe the location when I arrived, It was literally opposite Selfridges which was great for shops and restaurants. The apartments were beautifully furnished and very good value for money considering the location. more
