First of all the staff was very rude and stuck up. There is a guy who work in the evening shift and he acts like that that guests are staying there for free. I had to go out early one morning and the guy didn't let me have the breakfast because it was 6.50. The toilets are dirty and broken.... More

I spent one night there last minute. The beds were fine and the rooms were quiet. There were key codes for the rooms but I don't know how often they are changed. They CHARGE for luggage storage, which I have never seen before. I arrived 2 minutes late to breakfast though (which is plain bread with a few optional spreads... More

I stayed in a 9 bed mixed dorm for only 2 nights and couldn't get out fast enough. I had previously been in another London hostel for about a week which was very nice, and then got here and wasn't feeling it from the moment I got there. The building looks like it has seen better days, and that it... More

£8 a night is what this place is worth if you're homeless. For traveling, there is always something better than this place. Power outlets don't work (and still weren't fixed after "the electrician" came,) and breakfast is a joke. Just slices of bread you can't toast with strawberry jam and a few cereal options. I come from a farming background... More

Stayed here in a 15bed female dorm for 3 nights. The location is excellent. 3 mins walk from Kennington tube station. Breakfast provided, very simple - cereal, toast, tea and coffee. Wifi is available throughout the hostel but the signal is very weak in my room since it is on the 2nd floor. The toilets and shower were ok. The... More

Before we even arrived I felt there was something wrong with this hostel. They never answered our phone calls, and we tried to call many times in different days. Location was the only thing I liked, because hostel was near Kennington underground station. Still, it's not near the London Bridge as you could imagine because of the name. Staff was... More

I did not enjoy this hostel at all. Below are my reasons: When we arrived their eftpos machine wasn't working. It was night and none of us had enough cash to cover the costs of three nights stay. The man at the front was going to make us walk ages away to an ATM (other staff members expressed alarm that... More

Clean friendly reception. Great location tickly to the Southbank and the Globe Theatre. Very spacious lounge and bar. Staff were constantly tidying up the area. Remember your earplugs and your eyeshades And then you have a good stay!
