Stayed overnight for a concert in O2 arena. The room was a quirky little one with a lot of character. Very neat shower and toilet ensuite. Bed was comfortable. Loved the theme of the room. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Free car parking and wifi! They were happy to let me park for an extra half day for free.

This hotel is a real gem - a small hotel with real heart in a lovely setting. The hotel is beautifully furbished and maintained, with characterful, well-appointed rooms - ours overlooked masses of flowering cherry trees, with Canary wharf's skyline in the distance. The staff are wonderful. It's just a few minutes' walk to the O2, the riverbuses and the... More

Absolutely stunning small hotel. Beautifully recently refurbished. Both the bedrooms and dining/bar areas are enhanced with very unusual quirky touches making it a unique experience. The bedrooms were immaculately clean and the added touches of a Krups coffee maker and mp3 docking station makes for a very pleasurable stay. The breakfast and dinner were very high quality too. Would highly... More

It seems to have changed quite a bit since it's refurbishment. A little underwhelmed by the food, as the menu has the gastro-pub appearance, but the food was just o.k, but overpriced for what it is. Nice atmostphere though and great for a few drinks

Just recently spent a very quick 24 hours in London, to see the Taylor Swift Red tour. The trip was made very pleasant with 1st class accomodation in a super hotel. My daughter & I were in room 6, which although small, was well equipped and extremely comfortable. All the staff were very friendly, well mannered and helpful, ensuring we... More

The Pilot Inn has recently been renovated by Fullers and it shows. The accommodation etc is at the 'boutique' end of the market but very good value for London and totally in character with the history of the building i.e. very nautical!! My room - the Cabins Cabin - was very quirky, beautifully equipped, a minor quibble about an old... More

Stayed for one night to go to the Taylor Swift Red Tour at the O2. Its a 10 min walk to the arena from the Pilot. The only downside was the steep stairs up to the rooms. my daughter is visually impaired and found the stairs challenging (wasn't) mentioned when booking. Very friendly staff and the check in was very... More

We stayed here for one night to attend a concert at the O2. Excellent location, 10 mins from the venue and tube station so a nice leisurely stroll was enjoyed back to the hotel after the concert. Thank goodness as the hoards entering the tube station looked horrendously long. Check in was quick and easy. We stayed in room 5... More

The Pilot recently reopened after a major refit and it's a lovely faux traditional pub, perfect for a quiet drink. We've eaten here a couple of times and both times were very average, unfortunately. Maybe we went wrong by expecting traditional pub fair when they're trying to be a gastro pub. Either way, it doesn't live up to expectations when... More
