You cannot get closer accommodation to the o2 than this place, its perfect! Literally a 5 minute pleasant stroll to the entrance, they even provided umbrellas for complimentary use. And! It has parking! And, the room was nice, small, but nice, clean, comfortable, nice touches of chocolate bars on the bed on arrival (dairy milk.....!) bottled water, good selection of... More

I stayed here for 5 nights while attending an exhibition at the ExCeL. Having stayed in many soulless chain hotels, this location was a joy. A short walk from the O2, North Greenwich Tube Station, North Greenwich Pier and the Emirates Air Line cable car (thoroughly recommended as an alternative route to the Jubilee Line/DLR when travelling from the hotel... Paid £150 for double room This hotel was perfect in every way... when I arrived I was greeted by very friendly lady and shown to my room. The room looked lovely and had everything I could possible want, from chocolate on the pillow to real coffee. The bed was so comfy I was very tempted to ask where they had... More

Stayed here with my wife so that we could go to a concert at the O2 . Our room the General Wolfe Suite was simply the best we have stayed at in London- very comfortable and quiet + being really well stocked with goodies and extras- even an umbrella was provided in case of bad weather for the short walk... My wife and I stayed here after a trip to the O2.. It's literally a 10 minute walk to the venue so very convenient! The inn itself is superb. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the room we had (Harrison Suite) was well sized and very tidy. There was a lot of tea/coffee options and the bed was hands... More

Really nice comfortable well equiped rooms, with complimentary chocolate, biscuits and bottles of water. Yummy breakfast in the morning and all the staff were very helpful and friendly :) Excellent walking distance location for the 02.

All in all, the Pilot Inn is a fantastic location for the O2, had clean rooms with nice added touches (I have never stayed in a place where you get so many freebies, such as different tea, hot chocolate, coffee (filtered if you like), sparkling water etc etc). We stayed for the tennis and we watched two games; one in... More

Lovely room, helpful staff, good facilities. The "broken" telescope mentioned in another review was a nice quirky touch and it does (sort of) work, but too cloudy for stars. Breakfast was excellent, and the added touches such as chocolate bars, good coffee and bottled water were nice.

A stones throw away from the O2 and the room had everything we needed. Close to the Emarites cable car / bubble, under ground and Thames Clipper Service - which is also excellent. The room was not over big but really cosy and quaint - had absolutly everything you needed including an UMBRELLA. Just can't fault it also the actual... More

We stayed here for two nights, in their most expensive room and on arrival we were very pleased, but everyone should be clear, that despite their pricing these are rooms over a pub, NOT a hotel. If you like early nights on a Friday or Saturday, or quiet environments, then this is not the place for you. Also, they do... More
