They overbook and tell you they have maitnance problems. Read the other reviews, they have done it in the past and will do it to you as well (even if you reserved with Booking.com as I did). Booked a 'Club Room' which wasnt ready when I arrived at 11am (fair enough check in as 2pm). Came back at 2pm, went to room to find electrics not working, fixed after 10mins.
