Having checked out the hotels in Wimbledon on various websites, this one seemed to get the best reviews. Quite why this is classed as a hotel and not a B&B, I'm not sure. No evening meals are available, (just breakfast) no bar facilities and reception only open from 0930 in the morning to 2130 at night. We booked a room... more

I found this hotel on the internet. friends of ours were getting married nearby and i don't do travelodges. It is easy to miss from the outside but very attractive and well located for the tube. We spent a few nights at this small family run hotel and experienced a wonderful and charming welcome. The owners couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very central in that the Wimbledon Station is a few blocks away or you can walk half a block and catch the very frequent bus service... more
