Stayed at Wimbledon hotel with my partner for a long weekend. Room was lovely, clean, spacious and well decorated. However walls were thin which meant you could hear other guests walking about and talking. Full English breakfast is offered for an additional £7.50 which is great value. The food is excellent. Generally a nice place to stay but management do... More

This is a guesthouse (at hotel rates). None of the usual hotel services. A kettle, coffee, tea and biscuits were provided but the kettle did not fit under the tap and had a very short power cable so had to be plugged in on a little stool near the electrical point. Wifi was excellent and free. My stay in this... More

It is natural to be frustrated paying for a hotel and getting no services or missing basic amenities. Least said, even drinking water is not provided. The fact that the door keeps ringing all night and that you would need to open the door to helpless guests coming first time is most irritating. The staff and manager are nice but... More

Guest house rather than hotel, I would say, but it was fine for our purposes (an overnight stay following a family event). There is free parking! In London!! We were travelling in a family group and had one single room and one family room next to each other. The bathroom was large and the rooms comfortable. The owner does not... More

We stayed at this hotel for the Wimbledon men's final. We chose it as it was conveniently located with 30 minutes walk to the championships and 15 minutes from the train station and town for restaurants. We arrived in the evening and the manager dealt with our payment and gave our key. The room we had was a very nice... More

This hotel is certainly not as it is advertised 'An elegant boutique hotel' - it is none of these things. It is a poor 2-3* guest house with rooms, and although I was met by a polite and pleasant manager or owner, there is clearly no one on site given all of the instructions left with numbers to ring, should... Not a great experience. Got woken at 2.15 a.m. by a girl ringing front doorbell. After listening to it for 5 minutes I had to go and open it myself. I guess the hotel is not manned at night. Very poor breakfast. Miserable manager. No polite questions at check out such as 'did you have a nice stay'? Got the... More

We booked a superior room, thank God, I hate to imagine what a standard room looked like! It was very clean but the ensuite shower room was mouldy in a few places as were the window frames inside the secondary glazing. we could not open either the shower room door or the cupboard door fully as the bed frame was... Stayed in this hotel for 1 night in November 2013 because of a nearby event. The hotel (which is actually a bed and breakfast) is average at best. We arrived late and had to ring the bell for the door to open and our key was left for us to go to our room, this was fine and had no... More

At first glance it looks a lovely property, the signage out side kinda contradicts itself, as it states its a boutique hotel but also calls itself a guest house. In my opinion it needs to make its mind up. Our company books our rooms so we don't have a say in where we stay. But the constructive feedback we have... More
