Obviously, I can only speak for myself, and some of the reviews below are a bit worrying, but I found the experience of staying at Belle Cour to be positive. Firstly, they allowed us to check into one of our three rooms 2 hours early at no additional cost, which was very much appreciated by our party. Not only this,... More

Booked this accommodation as friends had elderly relo nearby. Arrived from Australia and took the tube to Russell Sq arriving about 9pm. Could not get in. Luckily the very helpful restaurant on the corner rang the number provided on the door and I was gruffly informed that I had been emailed the door codes to enter the premises. I informed... More

During my stay at Belle Hotel, it is specifically stated on the website, email, sign and door card the hotel is called Belle Cour hotel and being new to London Google maps wasn't very useful as it takes to a different hotel called Belle Cour and this one is just Belle Hotel. I wasn't very impressed when the maintenance man... More

We booked this last minute as the trains were running oddly (if at all) so we needed a place to stay. The location is central and a 5 minute stroll from Euston. if you are looking for a bed then this is the place. It was clean and tidy. The rooms are very small but adequate, we had an issue... More

I have enjoyed staying at other hotels within the group - big comfortable old buildings and booked this one hoping for the same service and style. The hotel is well placed for Oxford Street and Euston and Kings Cross. I booked a suite, which at the time sounded great value. As with so many hotels these days they use light... More

We were in London for 3 days & 2 nights. This hotel we found on laterooms & booked it as it was the cheapest we could find for what we needed. It is only a 2 minute walk from the tube station which was ideal. It was noisy at night with cars and people outside the hotel. The room was... More

Room was clean. Beautiful decors. Very convenient distance to Russell Square and King's Cross St Pancras stations by foot. Plenty cafes and restaurants or pubs surrounding location. Suitable for those attending conferences or meetings around the area (e.g. royal colleges etc). Room for improvement - needs double glazing windows and slippers. Can be quite noisy in the wee hours of... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
