I realise that a lot of people have reviewed this as a hotel and had a great stay, please ignore the following if you are using the hotel. We ate in the pub on a Thursday night and I have to tell you the fish and chips (sorry ....beer battered hake and chips) was a severe disappointment! The batter was... More

We booked the Harrison for an overnight stay before catching the Eurostar next day. Travelled to Kings Cross by train. Left our big case at the luggage drop at St Pancras. £10 for 24hrs. The Harrison really is an easy walk from the station. My wife was recovering from a broken leg and managed it easily. We ate in the... More

Lovely to find a central, reasonably priced non-chain place to stay in London. The Harrison is a friendly, welcoming pub with very nice rooms and a fabulous breakfast. They even had a free comedy night in their cellar bar. The Harrison is a great place to stay - thank you

We researched the Pubs in the King's Cross area and decided upon the Harrison. This little Pub in a quiet residential area was perfect. I had the Bangers and Mash while my wife ordered Fish and Chips. Both were excellent. Great food and a friendly Staff !! We would go back in a heartbeat !!

Not having stayed at the hotel, I can only comment on the pub and food. I came here on a Sunday evening and tried one of their roasts (Welsh lamb leg in that case). It was not only generously sized, but really tasty. Their menu says "with all the trimmings" and this sums it up very nicely. You know that... More

At first, I was not expecting my hotel to be just 4 rooms over a pub. I was pleasantly surprised! The room was cozy but well-appointed and comfortable. The pub was wonderful with plenty of great beer selections, a welcoming neighborhood feel, and food that was very very good and reasonably priced. I got pork medallions with mashed sweet potato... My partner and a friend decided to buy last tickets to a comedy gig at the last minute and ended up having an awesome night out!!! The room downstairs transformed into a comedy club, where we had endless laugh out loud moments. I highly recommend this venue!

Plus: Light, airy room #2; young, enthusiastic staff; comfy beds; huge, well made breakfast; ten minutes walk from St. Pancras station; reliable free wifi in room; no noise from inside pub itself, even with live music. Minus: pub patrons outside until 10 PM and then again after closing are EXTREMELY noisy. So long as you either go to bed late... More

Great location close to Kings Cross Station, staff were great very friendly and helpful. You have to try their full English breakfast served in the pub or in your room . The room was small but we had an extra single bed to lay our luggage on so it was fine. The room was clean and tidy but the housekeeping as... More

We were staying overnight in London on our way to France via the Eurostar, so just wanted something near to where we were staying in King's Cross. My husband found this place on Trip Advisor so we thought we'd give it a go. Not sure I'd call it a gastro pub, but the roast chicken dinner we had was excellent,... More
