Stayed here for 1 night for the Summertime Ball at Wembley stadium. The outside doesn't look up to much to and we were slightly nervous but we were proved wrong. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. We had a double room and a triple room both of with had a fridge and amazing showers! Breakfast was included... More

This place has a lovely lady running it so I feel bad giving it two stars but just in case others are ignorant about London like we were and thought B&Bs in London were the same as the countryside then this is for them. I should also note that we were not the demographic it caters for (newly weds on... More

Decent value for money b+b with free parking. A very short stroll from Wembley and easy access to north circular. Free wifi was a nice touch. Staff were on hand and approachable and friendly, rare in this day and age. Room was clean and in mint condition. Rooms fairly small, but for the price it served the purpose and we... More

Stayed here for the semi final at wembley, staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are basic, but value for money, the breakfast was included and was excellent.

Stayed here for the Carling Cup final. Overall a great place. Good breakfast in the cafe. Not ideal for London nightlife as the tube is about 15 mins walk. Otherwise it's fine. Comfortable bed great showers. For the price it's excellent. Next time I will drive down as there is also parking.

Dont be put off by the appearance of the outside, comfortable, everything you need for an overnight stay and easy walking distance to the Stadium and local tube. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again..

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at Abbey Point. Our first impression of the room was small but clean, fresh smelling and adequate. It had a TV with digital Freeview, double bed, a small wardrobe and tea/coffee facilities. There was no minibar as mensioned on the website. The shower in the well thought out en-suite was one... I was very pleasantly surprised by the comfort of my stay. Having experienced some pretty dreadful cheap places in Lindon, its always a risk when going to a b & b in this price bracket. But, have no fear of similar experience here. The best shower I've ever had! Comfortable bed. Helpful staff - I had a slight problem with... More

I stayed four nights at Abbey Point in April. You can book online but they were very slow to answer so I got my daughter in the UK to phone and book it for me. There is no Reception, you check in and check out at the Cafe counter. The single room was small but nicely arranged, with all facilities.... More
