For the cost, ( we paid £99 for 1 night ), it was worse than ones we usually pay about £50-£60 for. There was a big dirty cobweb above the tea making facilities, which was not nice. Skirting boards were dusty. We were only left 3 tubs of milk, so had to go out and buy milk ( loads of... More

Staying at Roniells is always a great experience. The Owners are really nice, and really friendly. Always willing to offer assistance, food drink, and a general great time! I look forward to my next stay with them.

Stayed at this guesthouse to see a concert at O2 and after booking via laterooms then reading recent reviews I was a bit concerned....but need not have worried. Me, my mum and sister had a triple room with a jacuzzi bath/ powershower. Found the guesthouse with ease on the bus. Welcome from receptionist couldnt have been warmer such a lovely... More

Four of us stayed in this so called 4**** Guesthouse for one night, believe me that was enough. When we arrived we thought we had entered a junk shop!! The lady we spoke to said they were having a change around so to excuse the mess. She gave us our keys and we signed in. We stayed in rooms 6... More

Plus is the bed and the fridge in the room and the easy connection to london. Hotel itself is a joke. 0 service, the reception is always closed (except in the afternoon when no persons are in the hotel). We saw 1 person of the hotel once in 3nights and 4 days. Futhermore we couldn't order any breakfast so we... More

I have to confess to having had very low expectations of this Guest House. I had booked it as the only place available South of the Thames for the night before the London Marathon 2014. I wasn't impressed from the website, and certainly not for the £350 I paid, in advance. However, on arrival we had a very warm welcome... More

Received a text from "owner" explaining she had to leave because of an emergency and had left our keys. We let ourselves in and went up to our room- the "honeymoon suite" ha. What a joke. After popping out to the shops to buy cleaning agents- we decided to get in the bath we came for! The corner jacuzzi bath,... More

Very friendly helpful staff. Great quick 24hour bus link to O2 made this trip to see Fleetwood mac very easy. Very good facilities in rooms inc fridge and iPod station in luxury rooms. Much better value than hotels closer toO2.

Staying in Greenwich

Neighborhood Profile
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
