Don't ever stay here, it's a rip off being charged £360 for a triple room we didn't ask for, crack in the tv, tiles off the wall and the dirty shower we have to share is at the opposite of d building. Wrecked our stay and too overcharged, breakfast, what breakfast?7

The hotel is only 5 minutes away from Bow Road station. In the same street there are several supermarkets, taxi cabs agents, take-away shops and pubs. The receptionist we met in the morning welcomed us by carrying our luggage to the room downstairs, he then explained that there is a help yourself kitchen next to our room. Kitchen is open... More

Staff were not very helpful, extremely rude and ignorant. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Rooms were dirty and shower was mouldy. Toilet did not flush and Spoilt my holiday. Hotel was cheap but I would rather pay extra for a better experience. Don't ever stay here!!

Business trip for 4 days. Had my budget been higher I would not have stayed in this "hotel". Rooms are small but at least the bed is comfortable and the shower does work. WiFi connection was very very poor, ended up logging into the free wifi offered by the bank next door which helped. Breakfast, well first time that I... More

I was there for 2 nights. Everything was OK, the price, the room, etc.... it was clean and near a underground station. For this price and for London, this hotel was fine. The staff that work in the hotel could be a little bit more friendly...

It is a basic hotel, but it is very much expected given the reasonable price. Our room & bathroom were clean and nicely cleaned every single day - that's a bonus! Comfortable bed (although may be a bit small if you are of a larger complexion, but more then enough for average size couple), 24/7 hr kitchen with basics like... More

the bedrooms were very small and the bathroom and shower weren't very neat and there was some mould in the shower. Overall, it was very common old fashioned. But on the positive side it was very nice that we could use the kitchen 24/7. Breakfast was indeed included, but you do have to do your own dishes like in a... More

Stayed here recently (July 2013) for three nights. Granted, the hotel is very basic but for the price, what do you expect. The bed was confortable, the staff were helpful. The kitchen downstairs was a huge plus. Fruit, bread, eggs, tea, coffee (instant) milk, cereal. All you need to start your day off. This in itself was a money saver,... More

We spent several nights here. No complaints - hotel is close to Tube/DLR/Bus, our room was perfectly clean and "fresh", luckily we were in good shape because in was a hike up to our room (with part of the journey on an outdoor staircase), good WiFi connection, felt very safe. Cheap and basic, just fine for a place to crash... More

Stayed for 2 nights with my partner. Room was filthy, dust everywhere, grime on the walls and hairs/stains on the bed. The hotel is not in a very nice area either. Only good points: cash machine next door, tube station is 5 mins away. You could not pay me to stay at this hotel again.
