The hotel is a budget hotel and so I was expecting it to be pretty nasty. I hadn't planned on spending a lot of time there and so I felt ok about that. However, it was clean, spacious and there were even toiletries left out with clean towels each day. It was relatively cheap and really well positioned for east... More

5 mins from DLR station which takes around 30 mins to centre of London Kitchenette is very handy for breakfast etc. co op and sainsburys 10 mins down the road Bathroom was spotless Towels aren't changed by maids and room is not cleaned. This is fine if you're only staying a couple of nights. Can request fresh ones from reception.... More

I stayed there for a couple of nights with my best friend. We booked it early - stayed in October, booked in March, but the price was good. The room was small, but we didn't really spend much time in it. The bathroom was big one though. We even got clean towels every day. The dining room was great, you... More

Great location right next to bow church DLR station, and not a bad price either. There's takeaways, kebab shops within walking distance and there's a CO-OP food shop opposite in the Texaco garage. HOWEVER, there are some negatives. Firstly, most rooms are accessible via a lot of steps so no good for the elderly, infirm or fat. Secondly, my room... More

A quite worn down place in a noisy area that is ok for a couple of nights. Breakfast included, which in this case means that you have to prepare it yourself out of what's available. If you’re happy with instant coffee, bread and marmalade, boiling your own eggs and make the dishes by hand afterwards you’ll be fine. Public transport... More

Needed a place to stay in East London for 10 days. This was the nearest hotel to where I was frequenting. I was expecting much worse considering the price and reviews but thought I must endure if I am to stay near to the places I needed to go to. Turned out to be quite a decent place. I had... More

Stayed here with my wife this weekend, it wasn't fancy or anything but it was fine and the staff were very pleasent. You get your own keys so can come and go as you please anytime of the night or day. Room was a bit shabby but didn't smell and was clean. It had a communal kitchen downstairs where you... More

The problem with this hotel is neither the location, nor the facilities, but the staff. They do not seem to like what they are doing, they are completely unprofessional and it is useless to talk to them, especially to one of them, about what goes wrong during your stay, because he is totally ignorant and arrogant. The light in the... More

An absolute awful experience. The staff were rude, the rooms were just terrible, the heater didn't work, the lights in the bathroom didn't work the towels which were provided were dirty, there was a horribly strong smell of urine in the en suite which travelled through to the room. I left after the first night to stay in the travelodge... More

Low-quality hotel, but it is affordable price in the insanely expensive London. The room was poor and worn, but clean. The heater is hot, hot water is also constantly. The self-service breakfast quickly sold out, but the staff filled up the kitchen with the first request. The transportation is very good. The bus to Stansted Airport and the DLR have... More
