An absolute awful experience. The staff were rude, the rooms were just terrible, the heater didn't work, the lights in the bathroom didn't work the towels which were provided were dirty, there was a horribly strong smell of urine in the en suite which travelled through to the room. I left after the first night to stay in the travelodge... More

Low-quality hotel, but it is affordable price in the insanely expensive London. The room was poor and worn, but clean. The heater is hot, hot water is also constantly. The self-service breakfast quickly sold out, but the staff filled up the kitchen with the first request. The transportation is very good. The bus to Stansted Airport and the DLR have... More

My husband and I spent 9 nights at the hotel and had no problems. The room was small but the space was enough, shower was great with hot and cold water, room was warm in winter, breakfast was free and complete and food was available 24/7! The location was great: very close to the metro station, there were supermarkets and... More

Not worth the money paid. We stayed for two nights and they didn't clean the room. The staff is not helpful or friendly. They are not welcoming and don't smile to the guests. They insisted on taking 10 pounds in advance for a late check out.

I stayed quite late in a meeting and had to start with the next quite early. It was not worth heading home at the time so I decided to take a room. It is quite basic, yet the room was well appointed and clean. The option of having the kitchen available at any time was quite convenient. I would recommend... More

Stayed here for one night. The Hotel is adjacent to Bow Church station which is a plus. The rooms are very basic, but to be fair, very clean. The bed my son had was not especially comfortable, but ours was fine. I was not terribly amused when there was a power cut which left me in complete darkness in the... More

This was my first time visiting London and I was shocked at how ridiculously expensive everything is. Luckily, I discovered this hotel at a fraction of what most others asked. It is a 5-minute walk to Bow Road station (which serves the green line and the pink line). Getting around London was easy and convenient. Note that if you buy... More

My husband and I stayed here recently. The music festival we were supposed to attend got canceled, so we needed to find a place to stay quickly, and this was one of the only hotels or hostels left in London that was in our price range. We were in Flat 3 Room B. Having a kitchen was a definite plus,... More

Our stay was not good at all. The front desk guy couldn't seem to stop skyping long enough to answer and questions. Mostly we got some sort of grunt. There's really not a lot of decent places to eat nearby. The room for 3 was tiny and you cook your own breakfast with whatever food they have there plus you... More

I had a one day training course in the City of London, and wanted to avoid an early start and travelling up on the day so I booked in here for the night before. My needs were just the basic essentials - bed, bathroom and breakfast - and they were well met. Breakfast was included in the price. Yes it... More
