This hotel is in receivership , cash only! I was directed to a side entrance , which I couldn,t find and went into women,s refuge by mistake, that would have been a better choice . Cost £40, breakfast none, managed to obtain a £5 refund . The Foyer , hilarious, a dirty office containing a few paste tables , a... More

Whatever you do - do yourself a favour and don't go here. Its so bad on so many levels it difficult to know where to start! On checking in to the "Hotel" you enter a shop front in Green Lanes, you pass tables which you'll later find out are where you will eat breakfast, if the meagre offering could be... More

I want to first point out that we actually 'stayed' here back in 2008 (tripadvisor wouldn't let me select a date that far back). I'm writing this now as planning a trip to London and this place popped up in the hotel results so I felt compelled to share our experiences. Things MAY have changed as this was 3 years... More

I would like to start with the reason I chose this hotel. It wasn't just for the less expensive price, since there were other less expensive hotels in London. I had to be early in the morning and this was the closest hotel to the place I had to go. With that said, I would like to state how dissapointing... More

The person who found roaches was lucky - we had a huge rat in our room!

My fiance and I stayed here for 4 weeks while studying abroad. On the positive side, there was a TV and refrigerator in the room. On the negative side, it was not in a good location, the owner/deskman was extremely unfriendly and a little bit creepy, the breakfast was gross, and worst of all our room had cockroaches. Over the... More

This hotel was excellent value for money and, after paying 20 pounds a night, I thought that I'd died and gone to cheap hotel heaven! The staff (especially the mumsy-type on the reception) were more than helpful and very polite. On the first night my partner and I decided to stay in and have cereals instead of going to a... More

We had double and triple rooms in a guest house opposite to the hotel. Tiny bathroom. No real dirt, but not clean. Very, very basic. Breakfast: good coffee, toast, jam, artificial juice, that´s it.

This hotel is a disgrace. It is cheap. That is the positive comment. Everything else is negative. It's filthy. The staff are unhelpful (and have a limited command of English, in my experience). I had no hot water. I was told I would have an 11 o'clock a.m. check in. I was late in arriving, 1230p.m. but was advised that... More
