Absolutely wonderful. The team of 'The Apartments' are fantastic; friendly, helpful and accommodating. I stayed in two flats, studios number 7 and number 1. Both spacious, clean and have a home like feel. I felt safe, relaxed, connected to the city with all conveniences within walking distance: supermarket, shopping, restaurants, buses, underground, etc. Will definitely return.

We were at No. 2, 36 Draycott Place. Great apartment just a stones throw from Kings road & Sloane's Square. Friendly staff. Well equipped apartment although the brown leather sofa should be changed ASAP & the mattress in the main bedroom should be given a once over - not sure if its the spring or what! I'm not so hot... We came here just for one night before a family wedding at Chelsea Town Hall, a short walk away. We had apt 2 at 36 Draycott Place, ground floor at the back. Beautifully appointed and furnished, though the brown sofa is looking a little worn - maybe previous guests have found it too comfy to venture out much! Roomy, quiet,... More

My husband and I stayed in a junior one bedroom on a quiet street in Chelsea. It was perfect. New kitchen and bathroom and a bright modern yet cozy decor. Beautiful towels and linens. Everything was perfect. I stayed with The Apartments several years ago and returned because I was so pleased with the accommodations. I also recommended it to... More

Have been living in a ground floor flat for a month, location was great in the hearth of chelsea walking distance from Sloane Square tube station, kings road shops at door step. The flat is rated 4 stars and it comes with lots of furnitures which you don't really need, while the basics one are very poor quality. The sofa... More

Stayed for a weekend in a two bed 2nd floor apartment with my family. The rooms were spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were very pleasant and helpful - nothing was too much trouble ! If you are there on a Saturday make a point of walking to the Duke of York food market which has excellent dishes... More

i've been staying at The Apartments for over 12 years and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Brilliantly placed and very flexible, having a self catering apartment is so much better than a hotel. There are excellent food and wine shops nearby to stock up and of course excellent shopping in the Kings Road, Sloane Square and up Sloane Street to Knightsbridge.... More

i stay in Chelsea several times a month in hotels and thought it may be nice to try an apartment so booked through booking.com specifying a bathroom with natural light. When we arrived to collect the keys, the agent was on the phone and ushered the non English speaking maid to give us the keys and point us in the... More

Amazing place, great location and fantastic service. I’ve stayed there for 1 month and thanks to the courtesy of Polish ladies managing the apartment I felt really like at home! I highly recommend it for both, business and vacations.

Thank you the Apartments! I recently stayed in a 1 bed senior apartment in 41 Draycott place during a business/pleasure trip to London. I just wanted to write and say how much I enjoyed my stay. I booked directly with The Apartments and had great service from my first call. I spoke to Emily first of all who was able... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
