Have been living in a ground floor flat for a month, location was great in the hearth of chelsea walking distance from Sloane Square tube station, kings road shops at door step. The flat is rated 4 stars and it comes with lots of furnitures which you don't really need, while the basics one are very poor quality. The sofa... More

Stayed for a weekend in a two bed 2nd floor apartment with my family. The rooms were spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were very pleasant and helpful - nothing was too much trouble ! If you are there on a Saturday make a point of walking to the Duke of York food market which has excellent dishes... More

i've been staying at The Apartments for over 12 years and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Brilliantly placed and very flexible, having a self catering apartment is so much better than a hotel. There are excellent food and wine shops nearby to stock up and of course excellent shopping in the Kings Road, Sloane Square and up Sloane Street to Knightsbridge.... More

i stay in Chelsea several times a month in hotels and thought it may be nice to try an apartment so booked through booking.com specifying a bathroom with natural light. When we arrived to collect the keys, the agent was on the phone and ushered the non English speaking maid to give us the keys and point us in the... More

Amazing place, great location and fantastic service. I’ve stayed there for 1 month and thanks to the courtesy of Polish ladies managing the apartment I felt really like at home! I highly recommend it for both, business and vacations.

Thank you the Apartments! I recently stayed in a 1 bed senior apartment in 41 Draycott place during a business/pleasure trip to London. I just wanted to write and say how much I enjoyed my stay. I booked directly with The Apartments and had great service from my first call. I spoke to Emily first of all who was able... More

We stayed in The Apartments on Draycott Place last January, it was perfect for us: comfortable queen and twin rooms with blackout blinds, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, plenty of playing space for the children in the living room, warm bathrooms with proper water pressure and lovely, friendly service. The apartment was clean with usual to be... More

Although the amenities of this two bedroom apartment were excellent it was not at 41 Draycott Place as booked. It was in fact in a side street and although it had everything we required it was in a basement and therefore lacking in fresh air and rather dark, especially as we had to keep the bedroom curtains drawn at all... We rented one of the 2 bed Apartments (21 Draycott) at the end of last summer for 15 nights. We are English but live in the US and 2 of our friends wanted to join us on the trip. We did the cost analysis of staying in 2 x 4 star hotel rooms in a comparable area versus renting an... More

I stayed in one of the apartments at 41 Draycott Place, just seconds from the King's Road - the apartment was wonderful and nicely furnished, minimal noise at night for a city location and everything you need for a home away from home. Check-in with the codes was really easy and staff were very helpful with making the reservation and... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
