Where to begin? To gain entry you have to call a mobile number. Once in, you are hit with the stench of damp and a rather untidy and dilapidated spectacle. The rooms are tired, the stench of damp follows you around and the refreshment facilities are, well, a lot to be desired (it's a communal affair with the milk being... More

Stayed for 2 nights, going to the rugby! Comfy, clean room, continental breakfast, which was more than adequate! Polish lady looking after b and b was extremely helpful. The b and b was approximately 10-15 mins walk from Brentford Railway Station, not a bad distance if you don't mind and can take the walk, all on good pavements. But taxi... More

The only thing I liked about this b&b was the friendly girl checking us in. The bed was very uncomfortable, and I found some used boxer shorts next to the bed. It's near the underground and close to Heathrow airport, but that's about it. It's extremely noisy as it's on a busy road. There are only a few pubs and... More

Had a 5 night stay here that was not very good, in a converted (a long time ago) garage in the garden with an old sink in the corner and in one of the rooms in the house. All of the place is falling apart, both rooms had a terrible cheap bed, all the windows need replacing so you get... More

Obviously if the hotel states that check-in is until 18:00 and you show up in the evening you're going to have to contact them. As soon as I saw that check-in was until 6pm, I called ahead before booking and asked about the details as I knew I was going to ahve to check in at midnight. This wasn't a... More

The Hazel Wood Guesthouse was the worst place we stayed on our three week trip through Europe. It was very unclean. The carpet looked like it was 20 years old and was obviously never washed and hardly ever vacuumed. There were stains on the bathroom floor. The shower was dirty and obviously never cleaned with as much care as one... More

The owner is not on site. When you arrive, you need to call with a cell phone to gain entrance, which we didn't have. Had to wait a long time for another resident to show up and borrowed their cell phone to reach the owner. Also, it's a LONG walk from the train station and a hike to any nearby... More
