Gayna and Simon are really nice. the hotel has averything you need and also a great decoration, besides, location is wonderful, you can walk to the underground, or even to the houses of parliament. For us everything was perfect, from the location, to the views, and the people. Definetly a place to return.

Wonderful owners, Gayna and Simon, changed the date of my stay at short notice due to my error...thanks! Gorgeous property with rooms to suit all combinations. Clean, roomy, bright, comfy beds. Location ideal, fifteen minute walk to Thames. Bus stop and tube, just aroundvthe corner. will be back!!

Wonderful welcome from Gayna and Simon . The Captain's Room was roomy for one , quiet ,light and sunny, overlooking a garden, , and furnished with great character , with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Because it was within walking distance from Westminster , and close to buses taking you further afield , it became a peaceful haven for me... More

Our host and hostess were very welcoming and helpful. Units were clean, nicely decorated and provided most everything you need. Location was very good as well. Reasonable walking distance to all the big sites and for those sites a little further (or for the exhausted traveler), the bus stop is just a few yards away. This was not, however, what... More

Returning to London for our third time, some schedule changes required us to change our booking two or three times, but nothing was too much trouble for Gayna. Cute little room with everything we needed on the top floor was just the ticket with all the usual breakfast requirements in the fridge in the kitchenette. After the usual warm welcome,... More

Just last week I’ve returned from my visit to London. What a marvelous city! I spent a couple of days exploring the highlights of the city (St. Paul’s being my favourite by far! :D ) and finished with an amazing play (The Crucible) at the Old Vic Theatre. At a five minutes walk from this theatre there is the Captain... More

My wife could not have been happier! We stayed here on our honeymoon and will definitely be back! Great people, great location and great stay! We had a beautiful view of the London Eye and could see the top of the Houses of Parliament from our room! Could you ask for anything better?!?!? If you're coming to London, this is... More

This is a somewhat belated review and I can't believe how I overlooked reviewing this establishment sooner. We stayed in the London Apartment at Captain Bligh House when we visited London last year. It was everything we hoped our stay in London would be. Prior to our arrival we exchanged several emails with Gayna and Simon, so by the time... More

My husband and I stayed in the Film Studio upstairs for 5nights. We would have stayed longer but this place is getting so popular so book far ahead as you won't regret it. Best B&B I have ever stayed at in England and at such a good price for what you get, most importantly the best and kindest hosts Gayna... More

We stayed in the Hollywood Suite and it was just perfect. Gayna and Simon are perfect hosts, and we found them to be most helpful when needed, but at the same time not at all intrusive. We could see the London Eye from our room and could hear Big Ben chiming! The suite is so well designed - although quite... More
