If you need to be in Balham or Brixton then OK. Stayed 1 night, tiny room (no. 2), breakfast good, free parking, £60 'nuff said.

Stayed one night for a business trip. Friends who live nearby recommended the Balham Lodge. Further from Balham tube station than I'd expected, but that's not their fault. Checked in around 8pm. This hotel was friendly and did a good breakfast, The room was clean and a good size. In a good location, even managed to go for a jog around the park which is 2 minutes up the road.

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Clean rooms and helpful friendly staff. Small private carpark a bonus. Easy walking distance to Baham.I was staying in a single room- small but very clean- and the 24 hr reception made me feel very safe. I was visiting friends and will definatly stay there again.
