The Megaro is in the perfect position, opposite the St Pancras Station where we boarded the Eurostar to Paris.Kings Cross underground is right next door to St Pancras so travel is easy. The hotel is a modern art decor with comfortable rooms and helpful staff. We would stay again.

There are a lot of good things about this hotel - free unlimited wifi, modern clean rooms, sky tv, espresso machine, reasonably priced minibar and close proximity to the Eurostar. Unfortunately this all becomes irrelevant if like us you get a bad night's sleep. We requested and were given a "quiet" room (310) on the side of the hotel. All... More

My daughter and I were going to Wimbledon Tennis on 26th June and wanted a hotel close to Kings Cross so we could drop our bags off early leaving us free to enjoy the tennis. The hotel is really easy to find - directly opposite Kings Cross Station. We got there at 10:30 so we knew the room would not... More

We picked the Hotel because of its location to St. Pancras Station and it was very reasonable, we were surprised when we arrived as it was a really beautiful Hotel and the room was a great size and every facility you would ever need. We stayed 1 night before getting the train. Breakfast didn't start early enough for us on... More

Stayed here four nights. Agree with most of other reviews. Very warm, but they included a portable air fan. On the day we checked out, a crane was in the street to install a new AC unit so that should be fine going forward. The room was very large but facing the front street and thus, noisy. There are two... More

We've stayed twice at the Megaro in Kings Cross/St Pancras, the latest in April 2013. Both times we selected it for its proximity to the Eurostar terminal just across the street. The Megaro is reasonably priced, for London, has comfortable rooms and, provided the a/c is working (had trouble with it in 2011 but not this time) and you can... More

we stayed for 1 night only mid june thank heavens - so be warned that the lower cost or budget deal rooms which incidently are not that low cost are not air conditioned - so the room was incredibly hot and very uncomfortable to sleep in and also noisy when the window was opened to get some relief - not... We had asked for a quiet room away from the lifts and front which we got Reception fine but not friendly and there was no heads up about the fact that the aircon was off The room was boiling as London was hot when we were there and the aircon was not working but this was fixed within a few... More

From outside interesting, coloured house, inside fantastic personel, comfortable lobby; after a while you find your room, which is realy nice but with small details which are not so great - mirror for the make up without ANY light? But - nice invitation to the bar for a cocktail. Noisy street during the night but air condition system has permanent... More

We needed a hotel for one night in between destinations. This is a wonderful little boutique hotel right across from St. pancreas station. Our room had great views, had been beautifully renovated and was very charming. We began the evening with windows open, but closed the windows and AC worked well. With a roll-waway our room easily accommodated out family... More
