Staff helpful and pleasant, able to drop luggage off before check in. Great location near underground. Hotel room had everything for weekend break, good selection of tea and coffee. Only niggle would be is why the hairdryer is no where near the mirror.

Was really happy with this hotel, good location, particularly if you are wanting a direct connection from Heathrow on the tube. Rooms are very comfy. Nice touches like the coffee machine in the room and the selection of teas and a real teapot. Would definitely stay here again.
