We stayed for 5 nights at the Hotel Megaro in room 404; it was excellent. The room was very large by London standards and was very clean. Check in and out was easy and the reception staff were very helpful. The free wifi was excellent and was a great speed. It was so convenient for all the things we wanted... More

Really colorful hotel building that makes it easily noticeable once you exit from the kings cross underground. The room comprises a modern design concept and it is of a decent size and space (unlike the typically smaller hotel rooms in London). It was extremely convenient for me to get to the st pancras main rail station to catch my eurostar... More

Booked this for 1 night after reading Trip Advisor reviews. Our bedroom was on a high floor and the window was also high in the room and you could not see out easily, also you could not open it to get some fresh air, but the room was very spacious and clean. The bar in the cellar was great, terrific atmosphere.... Me and my girlfriend stayed at this placefor a few days while visiting London. We really liked this hotel. The room had kind of a retro feeling to it, but it were still highly functional and not worn down. Very happy about the coffee machine in the room. The people working there were friendly all the way, and we loved... More

We had an early Eurostar train so we booked the Megaro for one night. The hotel is directly opposite St Pancras and Kings Cross. The location couldn't be better from this point of view and there are plenty of good cafes nearby, see trip advisor. We lunched at the Cafe Pompidou, about 200 metres up the road. Camden is a... Stayed here one night before an early trip on the Eurostar, location was excellent but the drawback was the constant sirens during the night. The room we had was exceptional with a fantastic shower/bathroom, great SKY package and modern TV. There was an excellent coffee machine with great tasting coffee pods. Breakfast was extremely tasty and obviously used good quality... More

My wife and I chose this hotel primarily for its location,as we were arriving at Kings Cross, and then leaving from St Pancras, and it couldn't have suited us better. Our check in was smooth, and the room was a good size, although the bathroom had to be the most impractical that I've ever experienced.(I design them for my day job). There was a level... More

We booked an apartment here for two nights hoping to return to Apartment 6 which we'd enjoyed in the summer. Instead we were given Apartment 3 - spacious and comfortable BUT had no bathroom. Next to the bed was a cubicle containing a shower, with a decorated door to give privacy. Opposite this - in full view from the bed... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
