I stayed here for 2 nights on my own as I was in London for work. On check in, I was informed that I had been upgraded for free (I'm never actually sure whether this is genuine or they are just trying to make you feel better about your room!). But when I got into my room it was gorgeous.... More

The beauchamp is a beautiful hotel with a nice bar and great free breakfast. MOST rooms are spacious, but the rooms ending in -05 on each floor are 40% smaller than the rest at the same cost. Rather irritating to pay the same as the guy next door when he has a walk in closet and I don't have even... More

Very well located near the British museum and other touristic area. The street is very quiet so even if the window was facing it, there was no noise. It is clean and well maintained. Nevertheless, the bed was a bit small for two persons and the bathtub faucets are a bit complicated to uses, something more user friendly would be... More

The Beauchamp is well located, practically around the corner from the British Museum. Also a quick walk to Oxford Street, and a longer, but doable, walk to Euston and Kings Cross. Personally I would take a taxi to Kings Cross, and upon departure staff went around the corner to flag us a car. The welcome was great, and the room... More

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend break in London. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade, it was located at the front of the hotel on the ground floor. It was spacious, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We did not experience any street noise allowing for a peaceful nights sleep.... More

The Beauchamp is a 3-star hotel with 4-star prices. We had a very small -- we couldn't pass each other at the foot of the bed without turning -- but pricey room which did not have drawers to store our clothing -- a problem as we were staying 5 days -- and which had a bathtub/shower which did not have... I am sorry your expectations were not fully satisfied on this occasion. Maybe you would like to try the Grange Holborn Hotel on your next stay which is still in the Bloomsbury area but is a purpose built hotel with more standard sized and shaped rooms. More

We chose the Beauchamp Hotel initially for our short London stay for its great central location and to top off a few weeks traveling France. We had a perfect room with garden views on the second floor at the rear of the Hotel. The staff were fantastic and the room was huge, clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very... More

We picked the hotel because of its proximity to both the British Museum and St. Pancras train station. The side street was surprisingly quiet and we slept well. We didn't have much occasion to interact with the staff, but when we did they were polite and helpful. We opted not to pay for WiFi, but &10/day seemed a bit much... More

Our extended family of 4 adults and 2 children stayed for three nights over this weekend in two executive twin rooms on the first floor facing the court yard. The location of the hotel is great, we also loved the comfort of the beds and the quiet setting. However, I am not sure I would chose this hotel again for... More

Lovely, quiet hotel with decent sized rooms, excellent beds, very clean with pleasant modern décor. Bathrooms were nice, but the tub/showers are tiny. It was the only major drawback for us since my husband is 6'4. But you can't beat the location, just around the block from the British Museum and in an area with tons of great pubs and... More
