I was originally worried about some of the previous reviews but we found our room spacious and clean. True some updating is required and our TV didnt work properly. But this is catered for in the price - try getting near Buckingham Palace for anything close to this. The location is excellent

Our room in this hotel was small and basic but very clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We was grateful for the use of the luggage room after we had checked out. Perfect location for our trip to the Victoria Apollo Theatre. We would use this this hotel again for an overnight stay in London.

Booked a basic twin room there. Room itself [dont expext too much, you get what you pay for]was Ok, really! But the location is absolutely brilliant! Walking distance to station[like 5-7minutes], you can walk to parks and to London attractions. Sainsburys 5 minutes away and lots of restaurants and shops near by, so made it perfect location for us! We stayed for 2 nights. During our first night, they were blackout from 5pm to 3am and we couldn't sleep as it was too hot. The room is too small and dirty. The location is good but trust me nothing special within this area. This hotel ruined my 'first trip' to London. I feel regret and sad. This hotel gave... More

The hotel is about 5 minutes from the Victoria Coach Station. Our room was on the ground floor on the main road, so was very noisy in the night time. The windows did not keep the noise out or down. The room was very basic but that is what we wanted as we were out from early until late anyway!... More

Perfect location, within walking distance to many London tourist spots. Price is ok, a bit expensive. Felt a bit insecure, especially if staying alone because the room lock is old style, and only one lock.

This was by no means the highest quality hotel we've stayed in, but you get what you pay for and in London, this was the cheapest we could find. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in and during breakfast. The room was actually quite comfortable, but it was a bit smelly when we arrived. It didn't smell dirty, just... More

I was chosen this hotel for my family 3 persons, so that we could get exellent location near by Victoria station. I was only looked price and location. I've been many times in hotels near Victoria, and this was a best location, only 200 meters from station. Very quick to go shopping by bus or underground. Our rooms where I... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
