On arrival we were send across the road, to another "hotel" as they did not have rooms where we originally booked. The shower screen was hanging out and it was dust and dirt all over. Beds and towels were clean thanks god! Location is perfect , I have to say I have never slept in such a horrible mattress before.stay... More

the hotel is very dirty. Breakfast is quite poor, no wi-fi in rooms while they advertise on it. The worst part is that it really stincks in some rooms, might be due to some toxic product they used to get rid of bugs like fleas that contaminate some rooms, as previously mentioned. To avoid for sure.

We totally felt ripped off when we got to the hotel... the room has nothing to do with the ones in the pictures, really small and wifi didn't work in the room although it was suppossed to... the walls are very thin so in the night you can hear everything, every noise.. the room is clean so that is a... All if the reviews are right !!! Unfortunately I booked before I read them .. In a rush , but needed the location .. Faulty towers is five star luxury in comparison ! It was that bad I didn't even want to get into the shower ! I'm glad I had a night of free booze or I wouldn't have... More

Good location. But small rooms. Rude receptionist. Dirty bathroom.. and hand marks on mirror. Smelt like poo in the hallways... house keeping walked into the room in the morning and told reception we had more than two people in our room.. which was a total lie and they tried to charge is for am extra night... never again!

Had to evacuate the room in the middle of the night due to parasites crawling the beds. (Room 17) Rooms cramped. Breakfast terrible, not enough tables to sit at either. Worst hotel I've had in London. Avoid!

When you have spent most of your holiday fund on a trip on the Orient Express you can't splash the cash on the finest London Hotel for the night before. So we tried to find something we could afford that was close to the station for the start of our "one in a lifetime" trip. That said, you do expect... More

Do not stay here, it's extremely dirty and if you want an exclusive commodity such as a lightbulb forget it!!! The only light we had was in the bathroom!! There was an obviously loud bathroom fan, disgusting hallways, mold on the walls, broken ground level window, non working tv, trash outside, broken table fans mounted to the walls, no working... Overall happy with the Victoria hotel. The location makes up for the rooms. Only ten minutes walk to Buckingham palace perfect for what I wanted and cheap and cheerful. Fan wasn't working but it was bearable.
